Summary is the initial rush was the most damaging, but after 2 minutes, the zombies and the risen were halted and driven back. Was guessing something along these lines, though the initial rush was a lot more damaging than expected.

Conclusions: Officers are OP as hell. Civilians react like they should. Zombie increment was smaller than expected.

Even with 10% of the population armed, the 20 zombies are quickly eradicated, 37 corpses. 26 rose and were quickly killed again, 67 corpses in 3 minutes and 20 seconds.Initial hypothesis was that the rate would become exponential in death:zombies risen ratio. The city was defended in 6 minutes flat with <100 deaths.

Events based on factors present in the model: The original 20 zombies were wiped out within the first 30 seconds, leaving only 31 dead civilians. Within 1 minute and 31 seconds, all zombies were still dead with the human population numbering 5986, leaving all eight officers alive and only 34 dead as three bodies did become infected, were resurrected and were then killed again. No outbreak at 3 minutes and ten seconds.
