It is that flexibility of mind and tolerance thing that is especially high in artists.
I`m fine with people singing, but not when they are louder than the band.
Maybe you`ve never been to the kind of concerts where your ear drums aren`t blasted out. "Concert" can be used for all sorts of venues and who even said this was a concert? It says "venue"!
I wish. Oh, if only someone would offer "Child-free" flights/movies/etc. I`d GLADLY pay extra for such a service. *Begs*

I saw Tori Amos once, and she stopped playing to have a go at someone talking at the back. It was a very small gig though.
I`ve only ever been to one classical concert and the loads of loud rock/metal concerts.. in both you can`t really hear people talking...
