We"re pretty sure that this can be technically considered a Literal Photo, right? We"re going with it anyway.

How about Road Rd.

This is most likely Bucks County PA. Street Rd is a major commercial street. There`s a 7-11 every half mile on Street Rd.

Why is yellow on the top?

probably just a camera color glitch - when you take a picture of light sometimes it doesn`t photograph correctly

More importantly, why is there a No Pedestrians sign above the crosswalk light?

I think this is the route 202 and Street Road intersection just south of West Chester, PA. Route 202 is a major 4-lane highway, not a place for pedestrians to be walking

Because it`s probably not be a crosswalk light but a traffic light. A lot of times, pedestrians can only cross intersections on a specific side.

This is a WTF moment if I`ve ever seen one.

Lol, if it`s the same road, I live like twenty minutes away from there. It`s northeast of Philly.

I grew up with it, so it doesn`t sound weird to me at all.

No, I wouldn`t say this is a literal photo, more of an unfortunate coincedence.
