haha.. 22.000$/month.
thats laughable, whether one takes it to mean 22 bucks or 22 grand. i didnt even know it was POSSIBLE for a new grad to earn over $250000 a year.

seems that im lucky. Nice job, long holidays, good salary.. but long times away from home. might get captured by pirates and might get killed while working..
really, if ure up to it, consider a job in the merchant navy or oil rigs. When i graduate im looking jobs with 22.000$/month :-)

Wow - that`s pretty much average working life in a nutshell. I smell a debate brewing about degrees.......

Patchouly: you`re perpetuating this misguided notion that if you have a degree you automatically get a large paycheck right out of college. Ya still need to start at the bottom of the "degree" ladder.

Then they go home with a $200,000 a year pay check.

HAHAHAHAHA. So, getting a degree will make earn that much? Come on, be realistic

For the younger crowd here, GET A DEGREE. Doesn`t matter what it`s in. Get one.

A degree makes the difference between working your butt off 10 hours a day for minimum wage and working at a normal job for a good amount of money. Most guys I know with degrees, work 8 hours a day, but actually spend most of the day screwing around on their computer. Then they go home with a $200,000 a year pay check.

Without a degree, you`ll go home with $12,000 a year and when you work an 8 hour day, it will be 8 solid hours of intense work.

A degree is the difference between happiness and being miserable. Of course there are a few exceptions, but why take the chance?

It`s funny, I was just looking around online for work when I saw this lol.

I hate to say it, but it`s true. Does working at a job you actually enjoy, and want to go to every work day exist anymore? It seems like with me I`ll either a) work at a horrible job with horrible pay, but only part-time. I won`t have to be there much, but I`ll won`t be able to sustain myself financially. b) work at said job full-time. I`ll have an apartment, and a little bit on money in my pocket, but I`ll be completely and utterly drained, physically and emotionally. Plus my social life will pretty much be non-existent. or c) I play the lovely, life-devoting-to-student-loans game of college, where after 6 years of annoying schoolwork, I am only given a slightly better chance at getting a higher paying job that everyone else is competing for.
