Ever since two Scots cloned a particularly attractive sheep to prevent Friday night arguments

Thanks Aberdeen, your disturbing ways are painting us all guilty by association.

"What kind of experts worry about this sort of thing? The awesome kind."
and none of these laws seem insane at all. but the real bullsh/it here. is that in other country`s they are handling laws that don`t even affect anyone yet. but in the U.S. were still in the stone age trying to fix laws that have been hurting people for centuries.

I started to read it but then i got distracted by the article on the obese woman who contracted the flesh eating disease that usually kills people but didnt kill her because she was so fat that the virus gave up before it could get to her organs.

we need to license breeding not by race or anything like that. by financial and mental ability to properly raise a child...

and religion needs to be outlawed or atleast all influence needs to be removed from law and government

Now you see... this is our problem with the future.

Advancement is good, but not like this dammit!

Like for instance, I`m all for making great A.I.`s... but are we really going to replace the human race?

And genetic babies... outlaw. I can see us using it to eliminate bad traits, like cancer and such, from a baby, but really how far can we go? Are we going to have some trailer-park mom using her Universal Healthcare to make her baby the next Miley Cyrus?

And for the life cap thing... I`d have a field day with the Supreme Court over that. And if they ruled against me, you`d see a rebel group of old people in hovercrafts armed with handheld nukes or whatever awesome weapons we`ll have by then.

The politicians of the future need to keep a tight leash on Tech. It can help us greatly but use it wrong and we spiral out of control.

Augh... in the future that distant from now we can`t begin to accept laws in the concept that we do now. Assuming technology like that exists, there are all sorts of possible social changes that would make the law unneeded. Oh, and social darwinism has been around for a while.

Though it`s true, the traditional concepts of love and family are going to have to change as so many more kinds of "romantic situations" exist that need to be legally defined.

And in response to number 3: DON`T DATE ROBOTS!

Why the hell was there a picture of the band Lordi under `genetic discrimination laws`. They are suposed to be demons and they are awesome and orignal unlike all the so called `rock stars` cloned by the disney chanel.

    "What about jetpack traffic laws?"
When I think about it, theres NO way possible that flying cars/jet packs will EVER become a mode of regular transport. Imagine all the criminal mischief people could get up to with flying. Things like gates that keep people out? useless. Think a suicide bomber is bad? How about one flying overhead able to go anywhere he/she wants.
Flying cars would be so awesome, but as usual...a few bad individuals ruin it for the rest of us.

See as atheists, the answer to the rights of human clones is clear, just like Clones are a creation of science we are too and deserve rights. On the other hand theists have a bigger dilemma.
