On the other hand, spectacles like Girls Gone Wild aren`t just seedy forms of entertainment; they are a quest unto themselves. The quest is to capture as many women`s naughty hotties as possible, eventually spanning the entire globe across every conceivable demographic (exceeding that of 18 or over, for distribution in the US only) and exposing that superficial noose they`ve had around our neck ever since the establishment of the breasts as a (forbidden) erogenous zone.
Once that happens, the most fundamental source of female empowerment will crumble, leaving their kind without the upper hand anymore and ours with the kind of blasé attitude to sexual encounters that formerly gave them their singularly aloof, elusive and (therefore) seductive demeanor.
Personally, I`d rather this than have some closet pickle-washer feeling up my junk. If they`re bent enough to be rubbing one out to my fat ass with a nasty mono-blue tint, more power to them.
But seriously if your more afraid of someone seeing you naked with xray imaging than being felt up by some weirdo security guard then you got some issues going on there. I would rather be seen in the xray personally.
Wonder what they would do if you walked into the booth with something over your junk so they couldn`t actually see it. Like some tinfoil or something. Bet that would be interesting.
A) OptionalB) More efficientC) The person viewing the scans is not even in the same area, and as such can`t see you `in real life`, and do you really think someone is going to perv over those images?
Less intrusive by seeing me pretty much naked, makes total sense. Unless of course this is a clever idea to show people what could be implemented to stop them moaning about what there already is.
One of the few jobs in which, on a good day, you spend all day looking at blue porn. Niiiiice.
Personally I will be using this the next time I go on holiday.
if it`s a lot more effective, then i`m for it.... but if it`s just a case of it being more convenient for the airlines so they can squeeze more passengers through then i`d be against it. Life moves fast enough as it is these days...we should be slowing things down not trying to go faster everywhere.
Someone`s a little insecure and overprotective.
fact is, people worry about "invasion of Privacy" way too much when it will likely be not warranted. Plus if this technology stops just one plane from being taken over, or one life is saved, I would say that is worth the cost of some person you will never see seeing a blurred image of your junk...
How many criminals are they going to catch with this? How many innocent civilians will be seen naked?
These things ALWAYS affect the innocent ones more than any criminal.
What was the latest statistic about the patriot act`s methods of national security? Last I saw, they had literally caught NO CRIMINALS trying to hurt someone (in america, of course). On the other hand, thousands of people have been strip searched, forced off of flights, etc... for nothing. When they "randomly" select a 12 year old girl to search, and then strip search... (wtf, yea, that`s happened a few times)
