I`ll eat any mfing thing"
I think they make a big ass oven just for this dish. :P
"But at least we`re contributing less in killing animals!" Yeah, so can I by not eating meat once a month, same thinking.....
Here`s how to completely contribute to not killing animals at all. Just don`t eat. It`ll really help, you should try it.
You see, this is why people hate vegans. A lot of them have that "holier than thou" attitude which only turns people away. If you actually want people to become interested and respectful of your lifestyle, you need to have a much better attitude about it.
And by the way, evolution has given us the ability to actually eat meat, so you`ve got it pretty backwards... >.>
mind you the camel doesn`t look as appetising, posibly because you can see down it`s neck
Believing yourself to be more "evolved" because of your diet just shows what a fool you really are. Any college educated nutritionist will tell you that a BALANCED diet is optimal.
Just like hogdogs may contain animal phallus.
True. More specifically, the reason why it`s called beef is because back in ye olden day when England was ruled by the French they used the French word boef (sp) which, if I recall correctly, means ox. The word cow was instead used to refer to the live animal.
As for ham, how well would it sell if it said "pig`s ass" on the packaging?
Isn`t it interesting that you think like that? Remember that there is a reason people say they`re eating `beef` instead of "cows" and `ham` instead of "pigs".

I would try camel. I have eaten horse, kangaroo, ostrich... and they`re quite good. It`s just a bit gross to see it as a whole. Just give it to me in steak format, or burger format, please :-)
It IS ALL ABOUT educational level and consciousness of what you are eating, no matter how it is disguised. Regardless of what mom told you, eating most meat these days is toxic.
The IRONY here is that camel, if you ate it would probably be the purest meat you eat in your whole life.
P.S. I guess there are a great number of idiots out there, someone voted Conservative!!
Methinks its Jamaal the Camel.
what do i think it is? i have no idea what that is. it almost looks a giant decapitated naked man mooning the king
I think it`s just you; the plate isn`t completely flat, it curves towrds the bottom.
FYI there is only 1 kind of Saudi Arabia: Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud
I think you`re just assuming things
But seriously, that camel doesn`t look very tasty. It looks kind of... old.. D:
Seriously I`m sick of all these retards who think meat is disgusting when it looks like part of the animal.... Here`s a hint: If you have no idea what part of the animal is comes from (think hot dog and chicken nugget) that`s when you should worry, because it was probably just made by combining all the waste...
I don`t think you`re looking very hard. Pig roasts are all over the place. My college has at least two a year. Plus the landlords that want business usually pull one together.
As long as the roaster is big enough, I don`t see why a cow/camel is out of the question. Hey to each, their own.
Way to enforce steriotypes IAB, now everyone`s going to think people in the East eat a camel all the timeMeh, steeotypes are prtty much inevitable, I kid. Doesn`t matter how hard you try.
Not dogs and cats.
Seriosuly though, ffs guys.
Things both cultures eat:Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Rabbit, Fish.
Things only you eat:Pork.
Things only we eat:Goat, Camel.
Things neither of us do:<Insert 10`000 species of animal>
Yet some of you cannot comprehend that we like one type of animal but not another that you happen to like?
This may smell bad, kid, but it`ll keep you warm until I get the shelter up.
Your steaks used to be an animal. Grow a pair and get used to it.
I actually agree that it speaks volumes about an education level when it is impossible to grasp that a different large mammal is being eaten instead of a cow.
Camel I hear is quite good. Cow/calf is of course awesome. Horse, I only ate it once but it was real nice in stew...good flavors.
I don`t eat pork btw. I got violently sick from eating it on three different occasions. Since then no piggy for me.
I dont eat pigs or infected cattle, thanks.
In the Middle East, where I live, camel meat is a normal delicacy in weddings, Eid etc. Its delicious! To answer someone else on how this is cooked: slowly roasted over a large pit.
but in general this is only a bit crazier than the normal. In the gulf countries when there is like a wedding/party you`d find up to 10 of those giant trays with rice and usually a complete or 1/2 lamb on top of the rice
and it`s delicious btw.
A filling breakfast to satisfy the largest appetite best served in a tent in the Sahara. (Serves up to 250.)
You will need: 1 medium camel. 1 medium North African goat. 1 spring lamb. 1 large chicken 1 egg 450 cloves of garlic. 1 bail of fresh coriander.
1- Take the prepared chicken and stuff with the egg, which should be hard boiled, and pad out with coriander.
2- Stuff the lamb with the chicken.
3- Stuff the goat with the lamb.
4- Stuff the camel with the goat. A pre-prepared camel is rather more convenient--don`t be afraid to ask your butcher. Spike with the garlic and brush with butter before cooking.
5- Spit roast over a charcoal fire in an arid desert area for best results.
... I thought it was a roasted human. So I`m pretty glad it`s a camel, really.
Very, very slowly
Dead infidels; obviously
But really, what the Hell did you just try to type?
Do they make camel burgers? I bet they`re yummy.
