That`s the worst I`ve ever been
That`s just not right!
Nah, I`m not poor, just broke. There`s a difference.
1. "worse" not "worst"2. "You`re" not "your"3. You would say a homeless person who lives and sleeps in his or her car that does not run is not poor because he or she has a car? I think you and I have different definitions of "poor" because I`d say a person who lives in a car because they have no money for a place to sleep is poor.
Your shenanigans request has been denied!
So wait you`re damn close to the poverty line, but can still afford a computer and internet access? I call shenanigans."
That`s stupid logic. You can easily access the interenet without owning a computer or paying a monthly access fee. Anyway again you guys have this view that you need to live in rags to live in poverty.
So wait you`re damn close to the poverty line, but can still afford a computer and internet access? I call shenanigans.
Not exactly sure what you are trying to say there. Maybe rephrase it?
You can be poor and have a car. That`s the stupidest thing I`ve heard this week. Of course it depends what you define as poverty. I won`t take the UN threshold, because 1.25$ in the US is just ridiculous... A lot of people who live under the poverty threshold set by the US gov (I think around 15% of the pop) have cars. And might I remind that talking about the price of car insurance is kind of a moot point. It`s estimated around 15% of people in the US drive without insurance (coincidence?).
I think the problem is that you are confusing being poor and being homeless. A lot of families have homes cars and jobs that pay very little, and live in poverty.... There are people who don`t eat properly because they use the little they have at the end of the month to fill their tank so they can drive to work to make minimum wage and barely cover bills. I consider that poverty... you?

But seriously, they can`t be that poor if they can afford vanity plates. A crappy car maybe, but poor..idk. Then again those are Ohio plates and we DO have one of the highest unemployment rates atm.
