ok you can facepalm
Uhm actually working out for 5 hours a day won`t get you that ripped..you would`ve ever give a chance for your muscles to rest and so they won`t get a chance to really build.I know a lot of people who are ripped on my little dieting website (livestrong.com) and a lot of them lift 3x a week and do HIIT 2x a week and that`s that. None of them stay at the gym for longer than an hour a day. And they`re actually more ripped than this guy.
I`m gonna go eat a sammich
Having said that, fair do`s to the guy, he looks drating awesome.
They`re obliques.Anyway, pretty cool vid. Wish I had the time/motivation to work out every day.
and did anyone else notice that he got buff after about 4 months and then he just about stayed the same...so you dont really have to work out EVERYDAY just to where you want and then just a few times a week
It didn`t take him more than a year by the way, and here`s the proof:http://www.johnstonefitness.com/php/enla...
It`s not like he was fat at the beginning.
But I don`t worry about abs. They take so damn long to develop and you have to work them constantly lest they return to their previous state. Not worth it for, in my opinion, show muscle.
and i do not care for `working out`.i eat what i like and i don`t put on weight so im lucky like that. i am a good height and weight for what i am and i can live with being `good`.
Hwkiller just got back from the tanning salon.
Also, don`t forget about the damaged heart he got from the year of taking hydroxy cut or other harsh diet/exercise pills.
But, good for him.
Ever consider that by losing weight and gaining tone, he has more confidence to go outside or to the beach? So what, he wanted to improve his appearance.
The personality makes the douchebag a douchebag.
You can almost see the transition to douchery."
ha, I was just about to point that out!
...but something about this video isnt right--he doesnt just look more buff, he also looks younger. sure, exercise can do alot but...
You can almost see the transition to douchery.
