omygosh, that is the most annoying guy in the WORLD...haha, i was thinking...if the chef wanted to get back at somebody for something they did, he could walk in dog poo, wipe it on the ground hes on, and then bounce the noodles on the ground...thats why you never get on a chefs bad side. xD

Ah how I miss eating Qiao Mian with freshly made noodles. I`ve learned how to do something similar but I cheat and make less noodles at at time. (For those that want to try it at home . . . get a teacher. The self-rising flour has to be at a certain consistency with the right amount of salt.)

Cutting noodles is bad luck? Oh.

Have any of you guys ever swallowed a noodle, and then pulled it back up by the end? Five minutes of fun.

That was pretty awesome, makes you feel inadequate rather quickly

Why would this make one feel inadequate? Sure there`s no way I could do this, but there`s no way he could do what I do, either.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I need to learn this... I could make REAL homemade Ramen.

And I could get away with slurping, and telling my parents not to cut up their noodles like they always do.

He made 20 twists, so that would make 2^20 or about a million strands.

There was a guy making noodles like this on Anthony Bourdain`s show not too long ago in Vietnam I think.

He says, "Don`t try this at home!" I would love to see people try and do that at home. Blooper reels are always pretty funny to watch. :P
