Nice shirt dad, now if you can keep your child in school and away from wanting to be a G then that would be great! I have no problem with kids playing with PLAY guns but where the little cutie has the gun placed is concerning. Copying dad maybe?

Yeah, that`s right! Raise your kid as a stereotype! That`s the way!

Playing with a toy gun is different from concealing a toy gun in your pants like a thug would.

LandoGriffin - I was going to say the same thing, I always had a toy gun waving around back when I was a nipper, but then life was more innocent and every kid worth his salt had some sort of John Wayne rifle, gun, or good Ole WW2 tommy gun, ahhh those were the days....

BTW- you can only use a REAL gun if you have access to one.

Temp tattoos and toy guns are no indicator of parenting style. Teaching a child empathy, respect and boundaries ARE important, things which cannot be indicated by a picture. Children copy, act out and learn about the world in play, they learn about good and bad etc that way. If one child with a toy gun is indicative of bad parenting, then every child who ever played Robin Hood, or had a potato gun would be in jail.

here`s a three year old (and a cute little three year old at that) copying daddy. Should we be worried that he`ll grow up to shoot his classmates, or that daddy probably going to kill his mommy and him first?

Seems to me that I recently saw a picture similar to this and the mother was jailed and the kid was taken by Child Protective Services because of her bad parenting. Not that I even give a damn about what other parents let their kids do, just if it doesn`t involve me, let it go. My kids don`t do this crap tho.

No different from playing soldiers, cops and robbers or cowboys and indians. The key word here is PLAYING

...well it could be a toy...but by the time he`s 16 that very well could change, its the same principal as that little girl who`s parent let her get a temporary tramp stamp.

@ Mondo48: Was the uninformed racist comment necessary? Your implication that African American men "usually" don`t stick around is a lie, plain and simple.

I am black, my father was there, as were the fathers of the majority of my friends, even the ones who were divorced, or didn`t live under the same roof were around for their kids.

I`ll also point out that growing up, I knew more whites than blacks whose fathers weren`t around for them.

pretty sad when I am more intimidated by the son than the older ridiculously dressed father whom I hope gets shot by his son for being such an unresponsible prick
