He wasn`t implying all Asians look the same as each other (I assume) since he said 7 billion people, that`s everyone on earth. He was saying EVERYONE looks similar, lives similar lives, etc. In this he is correct, we are all ants, and we`re in plague proportions on this planet - so much so that it can`t support us all. The inevitable result of any animal out-breeding its local environment`s ability to support the colony is to move, or die out."

Wow, thats deep.

South Korea is like the guy in school who isn`t very popular, but he`s about ten thousand times as cool as the flashy popular guy, Japan.
North Korea is like South Korea`s psycho separated conjoined twin.

If anything is close minded and racist it is your comment, that as soon as he mentioned a large number of people, that you thought he was talking about the Koreans.

OldOllie: `It`s rather sad to see a human being reduced in significance to a single pixel.`

And how does it feel being only one of ~7,000,000,000 human beings, many of whom undergo the same experiences as you, look similar to you, have similar friends, work similar jobs, only affect the small portion of the earth with which they come into contact? The point isn`t the pixel, it`s the whole picture.

Kim Jong-Il is North Korea. This is South Korea. South Korea isn`t communist like its neighbor.

Yeah, everything is sped up, a lot. Still cool, though.

I was thinking they finally had shirts that were ultra-thing LCD screens. I know they`re coming, but not yet readily available or affordable.

Okay...
I thought they would have LCD clothing...

I figured they would be changing colors because their clothes were LCD bulbs and that they would flicker to a certain color to make their clothing the color they needed to be.

Timing that right would be hard for the programmers, but a hell of a cool effect.

Have you ever seen a typical American Football crowd? The only thing we ever can synchronize is the run to the mens` room at halftime.

@ sereniee: Thank you, that makes perfect sense... so much in fact that it probably should have been obvious to me... but it wasn`t.

I can`t even blame the fact that I don`t speak a single work of Korean, because while I don`t speak it, I recognize it when I hear it being spoken, or see it written.

Somehow it never dawned on me that it was captioning for the hearing impaired.

oh yea with the subtitle thing being in korean. its for those that cant hear like how america has it for aiding the hearing impaired.. but you cant turn it off in korean. it comes standard with almost all news or entertainment shows... the koreans are just about as crazy as the japanese tho with their programing lol

Nothing unusual in that, osi. I`ve noticed heaps of times on Yank TV, when an Aussie is on screen speaking perfectly good English, they put English subtitles on it! Crazy Monkeys...

On topic.

WOW!!! They had, like, four going at the same time too!

I wish my school would do that. I might actually go to our sporting events. It`d be the only thing worth watching, since our teams suck for the most part...
