"when writing a comedy article, try and make the article funny."

"when writing an informative article, make sure the information isn`t stupid."

This article reminds of the saying that a jack of all trades is a master of none. This article tried to be both funny, and informative, and ended up accomplishing neither. I wish it had pushed the humor more

"When Photographing your camera, use a different camera than the one you are photographing."

"When photographing Bob Barker, do so in a way that you can`t see the marionette strings"

#7 isn`t always correct; in fact, most photography schools stress the RULE OF THIRDS as a basic rule of thumb for composition, not centering.

When making a list of tips on a subject, it is best to be fluent in the language you use to write the list.

"When you take photos of onions it`s better to use Sunlight".
Extremely useful knowledge there, I`m always wondering why all of my photos of onions just don`t pop, now I know!

I could see some attempts at humour in some of the rules... but most of them were things that were so obvious and therefore unfunny that I couldn`t tell whether the article was funny or not. In conclusion, it was a very, very bad attempt at subtle humour. So subtle in fact, that we don`t even notice it`s there.

"problematic of bird photography; try to catch the decisive moment, like when the bird is still there"
"when you take a picture of the sunset it is better not to miss the sunset"
"when you want to photograph a flower, its better to photograph the flower"
"if you photograph in color it shouldn`t look black and white"

its official... humanity has lost faith in itself

Not really great at all, but the texts are written in a very engrish manner.
"Prominent personalities try to photograph in the way that they look respectable."
Not the best of the bunch, but rather awkwardly put anyhoo.

"I disagree with #7. Ever heard of the rule of thirds?"

Rule of thirds only applies when the subject is not facing the camera (like if they are walking), or if there is more then one person in the frame.

"They could have dropped a number of these tips, I didn`t make it past 15 before I got bored all over again."

I stopped at number 4: "When you take a picture, its better to hold the camera straight"
