Link: Reservoir Dogs Tipping Scene: Muppets Version - We all remember the infamous tipping scene in Reservoir Dogs, right? Well it`s even more bizarre when the Muppets do it.

@Vindictive I would also watch that whole movie. Someone should make a lego version of the muppets version after that.

I don`t tip eighter. Why would I sacrifice some of my money for these people? To help camouflage our society`s problems, that`s why!

We live in a monetary based system and if I win more money then you do it`s because I deserved that money.

Elitism baby. Live with it. If you want equality then you should sign some form of petition or something.

But groogle, it`s not always the waiter or waitresses fault for the problems in our society. I know it`s hard for them. It may be the only job they can get it may one of their 3 jobs. I tip because I know it may help them. A waiter`s base pay is only minimum wage. So no tips means a very small paycheck.

You don`t need to tip as long as you 1) never eat in the same place twice, or 2) don`t mind eating food with spit in it.

i never ever tip on principal. i pay for the food, i gee served the food, the waiter/waitress gets paid. i dont see why i should give them more money for doing their job, i agree with kermit (lol).

service charges are also ridiculous, you dont get a cashier adding ten percent for bagging your shopping do you?

when i was a waitress i got paid ok, so i didn`t need the tips unless i wanted a new pair of shoes.

Tipping isn`t just about the waitress or whomever getting extra money it`s also about the person tipping. Tipping can make you feel superior in some ways and you get the feel good factor of helping out a fellow human being....aawww Also as Old Ollie said it stops you getting spit in your food which has to be a good thing nes pas?

"A waiter`s base pay is only minimum wage."

Waiter`s do not get paid minimum wage in most states in the U.S. The average base pay for a waiter is $2.15 - $3.45 an hour + Tips. They literally depend on your tips to survive.

    If you don`t tip, you`re a douche.

i pay for the food as well. the tip is what i give the waitress for serving the food and being a mediator for me and the cook. when food takes forever, its not the servers fault, its the cook. so, with that said, the waitresses job isnt to just serve food but be an ambassador for the kitchen and keeping the waiting customers happy. if she doesnt keep me happy, no tip. if she does and does it well, huge tip.

Ive made just above minimum wage for most of my life. Mostly i`ve worked bars, and tipping is rare. I might make a pound extra. There`s not a lot of point, and this only happens when i really put out. So, whats the point? If you want to go to college/uni, then go! You can work your way through it, and make enough money, ok you`ll be streached thin, but you can do it.

Absoloutely right, it`s meant to be a little reward for doing the job well, like a bonus. If the kitchen roosters up, it`s my job to keep the customers happy.
