Logical, original, creative thinkers. Can become very excited about theories and ideas. Exceptionally capable and driven to turn theories into clear understandings. Highly value knowledge, competence and logic. Quiet and reserved, hard to get to know well. Individualistic, having no interest in leading or following others. Highly analytical, they can discover connections between two seemingly unrelated things and work best when allowed to use their imagination and critical thinking.

Some parts are more true than others but none are blatantly wrong. Pretty good personality test comrade.

    Pretty good.

"Creative, resourceful and intellectually quick. Good at a broad range of things. Enjoy debating issues and may be into `one-up-manship`. They get very excited about new ideas and projects, but may neglect the more routine aspects of life. Generally outspoken and assertive. They enjoy people and are stimulating company. Excellent ability to understand concepts and apply logic to find solutions."

Suggested jobs included engineer and scientist. Not bad considering I`m a scientist (geologist) by profession, with a heavy bent toward engineering. I like.

"Popular and sensitive, with outstanding people skills. Externally focused, with real concern for how others think and feel. Usually dislike being alone. Interested in serving others and probably place the needs of others over their own needs."

    Logical, original, creative thinkers.

Physicists, chemists, biologists, photographers, strategic planners, mathematicians, university professors, computer programmers, computer animators, technical writers, engineers, lawyers, forensic researchers, writers, artists, psychologists, social scientists, systems analysts, researchers, surveyors.

The jobs I have had could fit into 8 of those categories, and I haven`t had a job that isn`t on the list except for when I worked in a factory for extra cash.

So I`d say it`s pretty good.
    I`m 1 point towards introvert.
    I`m 1 point towards intuitive.

This is a Meyrs-Briggs test, I took it in Psych class last year. It`s usually really accurate, a lot of businesses use the questions in interviews to find the sort of person they want to employ. If you look at the bars (Exto/Introverted, Sensing/Intuitive...), see what side the little red mark is closest to. Then take the first letter of each description word and type it into Google (for "Intuition," use the letter "N"). It will give you even more information. (For example, I got Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging. INTJ is the "Mastermind" personality.)

This is the Kiersey Temperament Test. There`s a whole friggen book on it. I might have the spelling wrong, but someone ran off with my book.

It`s not supposed to be a permanent disposition. Ultimately, people are suppose to aim for balance, if you`re actually interested in seeing how you are and looking for a direction to grow into. But no `way of being` is `wrong`. It just helps you learn how you interact with the world, and knowing how your friends are helps you interact with them..

In example, if you are a logical person but they are an abstract person, that means you`ll probably have a lot of miscommunications unless you both learn to cooperate to breach those situations. It`s just a .. way of knowing more about yourself, others, and how it all interacts.

Assertive and outspoken - they are driven to lead. Excellent ability to understand difficult organizational problems and create solid solutions. Intelligent and well-informed, they usually excel at public speaking. They value knowledge and competence and usually have little patience with inefficiency or disorganization.

The careers it gave me? Business executives, CEOs, organization founders, business administrators, managers, entrepreneurs, judges, lawyers, computer consultants, university professors, politicians, credit investigators, labor relations workers, marketing department managers, mortgage bankers, systems analysts, scientists.

I`m a working musician. hahaha. I`d die at a desk job.

I don`t really like this test...

I`d much prefer it if they had more situation-based questions.

For example: `You and your friends are discussing where to go out...do you

    a) Keep quiet and let them decide
    b) Step in and make a decision for the group
    c) Wait until a decision is made, then argue against it
    d) Get in a strop and insist nobody does what you want anyway`
    e) Give the group options to vote on`

See what I mean? You need a lot of context, and a LOT of possible answers to make these things feasible.

They can usually accomplish any task once they have set their mind to it."

Accurate, but my problem is I don`t set my mind to anything at all...

So basically I never get anything done. And oh yea, I`m supposed to be writing a paper right now...

This is me perfectly--I just graduated college with a 3.7 and I didn`t really get why people were so excited; it`s just something I had to do.

This is based on the myers Briggs test. I took it in my career and life planning class. I`ve taken about four different tests like this, all based on Myer Briggs, and I`ve gotten INFP every single time. So, it`s a pretty accurate kind of personality test. If you are getting odd results, it`s probably because you are picking answers you want to be true, rather then answers that are true.

It`s OK. I usually get INTJ, this time I got INFP. It`s mostly right, anyway... these quizzes are structured that way.

Some of the questions were difficult for me, since I liked both answers. What my "personality" is really depends on what mood I`m in more than my base beliefs.
