Cinco De Mayo Carnival from Andrew Curtis on Vimeo.

A short & sweet nighttime time-lapse video of a Portland Cinco de Mayo festival. Sorta like a night of too many cervesas

Ha...after a while the ferris wheel started to look like a giant colored fan (the kind that blows air). I thought it was a great video.

I love how Cinco De Mayo is celebrated more in the US than Mexico. It ain`t that big of a deal there (except in Guadalajara... People like to party there... lol)

Still, interesting origins and nice way to get together with others, I spose.

"that was the most unnecessary use of a techno beat in a song ever."

That was not a techno beat.

Video was nice and flashy, but that was the most unnecessary use of a techno beat in a song ever.

Also Oystah, your avatar creeps me out D:

As a New Mexican, I don`t understand why this is labeled as Cinco De Mayo. There is nothing about it that is authentically Mexican.

This is just a carnival.

Aside from that, I like these style of time lapse.
