Dude, I loved Samurai Pizza Cats.

It wasn`t really a TMNT ripoff though.. the English voiceover just liked to poke fun at TMNT

like the theme song where it goes "they`ve got more fur than any turtle ever had."

Everytime a kids` show about anthropomorphic, crime-fighting animals decides to add an "attractive" female anthropomorphic, crime-fighting animal to the mix, a furry is born.

Worst. Subtitle. Ever.

Either you weren`t alive during the early nineties (or old enough to remember) or you were totally clueless and misinformed.

If you want to get technical, Nirvana "ripped off" (aka, were influenced by) the Pixies and Sonic Youth, but whatever.

I have to say that Pearl Jam did not rip-off Nirvana. They do have similar looks, but everyone dressed like that. Eddie Vedder doesn`t sound a thing like Kurt Cobain. He actually sang and Nirvana sounded a lot more "punky." If anything, they both ripped off Alice in Chains. I`m sure AIC ripped off someone else and we can trace it all back to black blues singers who everyone in rock music owes a lot too.

>Yeah, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles invented >the concept of anthropomorphic animals. If you >want to be that way about it, they ALL ripped off >Mickey Mouse, so there!

And if you`re REALLY a stickler, Mickey Mouse ripped off ancient Egyptian gods, so there`s really no hope for Disney either.

Yeah, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles invented the concept of anthropomorphic animals. If you want to be that way about it, they ALL ripped off Mickey Mouse, so there!

That being said, in the 4th through 6th issue of the original TMNT comic book, they fought anthropomorphic dinosaurs called "Triceratons" and the "Extreme Dinosaurs" are EXACTLY like them

Interesting, Kurt Cobain always cited the Pixies as his major influence, while the Pixies definately wanted to be the Velvet Underground. I also though all Nirvana songs went "moany bit moany bit, SHOUTY BIT SHOUTY BIT, moany bit moany bit, SHOUTY BIT SHOUTY BIT" etc, while Pearl Jam songs lacked all the shouty bits, thus consigning your fudgewitted comparison to the bin of eternal dungworthyness.

ebaums was the first media/viral vid, pics, and games site. Now there are millions, IAB being one of them. The gripe with ebaums was that they had no original content and just stole or linked content. Now everyone does it and thinks they are so great and original. There is absolutely no original content at IAB. This site is fun, but there is nothing original here.

As for Samurai Pizza Cats, I don`t think it can be considered a rip off if it aired first in Japan.

Pearl Jam never ripped of Nirvana! They where both products of the Seatle grunge scene! Kurt Cobain just claimed they where sell outs to the alternative rock explosion! Not relevant to the link but the titles misleading!

<goes to find his old Nirvana + Pearl Jam CDs>

Wow I feel like such a geek for aying this but mighty ducks and cows of moo mesa should not be on this list. the ducks were from another demention where everyone was a freaking duck. and the cows were like aliens i think. It can only really be a rip off if they were mutants. now street sharks was definatly a rip off and that show sucked ass
