on the same note-dude looks like he`s accomplishing goals.... i highly doubt many of the people making fun of him are doing the same....
all the same, the tan creams are weird.
I`m calling Photoshop so that I can keep my sanity.
I guess the bodybuilders are going to come and beat us all up... if they can stop posing long enough.
The guy in the photo said he doesn`t care.
The discussion thread there quickly degenerated into what fake tan juice was the best.
Bodybuilders are funny, and they don`t even know it.
I`m sorry to say it. Actually I don`t really mean that, but if I don`t tell myself it`s fake, then I must carve out my eyes.
Yeah, people at my school are pretty ruthless.
By spending time and effort and succeeding in their own goals, they are the world`s illustration of failure? How does that make any sense?
Yes, it`s real. You can get skin dye in all sorts of colours.
"At any rate, women don`t like guys who look like that...And if they do, I`ll be at the gym."
Newsflash - "women" is not a single person. Different women, different likes. It`s probably true that most women would think it`s excessive, but that`s not the point anyway. If you put that much time and effort into shaping your body, you must be doing it for yourself.
Ernie Schwarzenegger in Terminator: Salvation.
The guy didn`t dye is skin, it was though meds.
I agree. He`s obviously put a lot of work into himself as an art piece, sculpting a particular appearance. Some people will like that appearance, some won`t, but it`s only actually relevant to (a) him and (b) anyone intimately involved with him.
Personally, I think he has an excellent physique...but that dye job, dear me no.
I was initially joking, but I`ve realised that it isn`t as silly as it sounds. If you`re going to dye your skin an obviously fake colour for aesthetic reasons or to make muscles appear more prominent, why not really go for it? Body building is a form of art(*), so paint or dye is a good fit for it, and careful use of different colours would accentuate muscles far more than all-over monocolour woodstain.
* Sculpture, obviously. Some sculptors use stone, some use metal, some use their own body.
He looks good compared to his cutting photos. He has really packed on the weight. For a 19 year old he shows great will power. I am impressed. I`m happy to hear he uses Animal Pak. I have been using it for months now with great results.
My favorite comment on the thread over at bodybuilding.com...`
"It`s funny that you can almost guarantee to be more jacked than everyone who`s commented dude..only `weird` thing there is someone took your pic and posted it as `funny`."
...ummm, so it`s not weird that you rub bronze sh*t all over your half naked body and have another guy take a picture of you in a man-kini? I`m not saying there`s anything wrong with being"jacked", but doing what this kid did is not normal.
Wonder how long before they make another thread bashing IAB lol
I like how a lot of them seem to think it`s a normal looking picture.
And they don`t actually see the dorky looking kid, with huge muscles and brown crap smeared all over him, except for the hair line... wouldn`t want to look stupid.
Did you check out Fancy`s Hard Drive today?
I think I have exactly that shade downstairs, ready to stain some window frames at the weekend.
Long live vicarious dad!
a) has given up on school to pursue his bodybuilding `career`b) okay, there is no second option...
The thing is, he`s just a kid. He`s using supplements, and he`s wasting his time in the pursuit of something which will give him HUGE problems later in life.
Not to mention the fact that he`s not far (if not already at) the stage where he has to work out daily to avoid atrophy. You don`t have to be an expert to know that atrophy of the heart (muscle loss or conversion to fat) is a SERIOUS risk if you suddenly change your mind about body building.
Whether he likes it or not, he`s in this for life.
Seriously, wth is up with this kid? This is a little much. O.O
And people wonder why I have little faith in humanity.
They have this image in their minds of what the perfect body should look like. It`s a mental disorder...there`s nothing more to it.
It`s along the same lines as a bulimia sufferer looking in the mirror and seeing fat which isn`t there, or the overwhelming male majority who wish they had a larger penis.
People tend to want to make themselves `better`...it`s just a shame they can`t detach themselves from what they see as perfection, and instead aim towards a happy medium.
He is clearly on something stronger than over-the-counter supplements...and at his age, even those would be extremely dangerous.
He`s still young, and still has years of growing to do...his body just isn`t ready for that sort of punishment.
Obviously sarcasm is a concept lost upon you. I never said you said roids. I was implying that I think he abused something to look that way. You are the reason I want to take warning labels off of everything.
Because HGH and `roids are just SO good for you... Idiot.
Ps: Hope this is a clever Photoshop
Also...the chair on the bed? this photo is full of wonderfulness
this guy won live past 50
I`d rather be a scrawny little runt than look like that...and I know my girlfriend would agree.
Oh and I said runt...R-unt....
At least beef jerky looks tasty
