Video, I don`t get what`s so bad about it...

I personally adore Chicago, and the Bean.

To each their own I suppose.

I`m so proud to be an ohioan. It just gives me the giggles when ohio gets mentioned in a funny way.

Hey, at least Cleveland`s taste in art isn`t as bad as Chicago`s.

Detroit`s not so bad. It`s better than Cleveland. I guess you guys actually have to get out of your `safe` cities and come visit to actually think that.

I grew up in Cleveland but thankfully got out of there a few years ago, so to me this was funny...but also sadly true.
Skine has it right though, most of the manufacturing has moved out, and more are on the way to moving out.
We still have a few pockets of nice things to see. It isn`t all doom and gloom. The cultural gardens are nice...until it gets dark out. lol
And the area around the museums is nice. The rock and roll hall and science center are a fun experience too. I doubt Cleveland will ever be a big tourism spot, but thats mostly the fault of the city. At least we still had a movie crew coming in to tape here (The Soloist) but they left shortly after the gunshots were heard.

"This wolud have probably been funnier if I lived in, near, visited or even heard of what Cleveland is like."

Basically, Cleveland is at the center of the Manufacturing Belt of the US, which extends primarily from NYC, across northern Pennsylvania/southern NY border, around the shore of Lake Erie, extending west to Chicago, and including most of Michigan.

Of course, the manufacturing belt is commonly referred to as the "rust belt," given that most manufacturing has moved out of the US. Large cities such as NYC and Chicago are big enough to not rely completely on manufacturing jobs, but cities such as Buffalo, NY, Erie and Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland and Toledo, OH, most of Michigan, and Indianapolis, Gary and Fort Wayne, IN had almost purely manufacturing economies.

What made things worse is that, in addition to the big companies moving out of those cities, many relocated their headquarters to areas such as NYC, LA, or Chicago.

I went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. It wasn`t so bad. At least it`s not Providence!

Funny stuff. I have never been to Cleveland, and this video confirms why. It is everything I envisioned it to be, and worse. Although, the Drew Carey Show intro song("Cleveland Rocks!") tried to make Cleveland look awesome. Looking forward to part 3.

Being a student in Cleveland, I can say, it`s all true. So horribly true. For god`s sake, I`m supposed to be writing a paper about how houses cost about as much as a VCR right now.

Haha! I remember my comment on the first video, I mentioned that they left out the river fires. Very pleased to see that in there.

I think every city in America should be happy that they aren`t Detroit.
