Those aren`t imprints. It`s the dust that birds have on their feathers so that water just rolls off. :]

There was one on my grandma`s window of a blackbird or something like that with another larger one of a sparrowhawk on top of it. Even the birds of prey are stupid.

I had a similar imprint on my window. You could see the imprint of it`s popped eyes and it`s tongue sticking through it`s beak
Poor bugger XD

Birds, they play dumb now, but when our robot overlords take over they`ll be the first blood-thirsty animals to help in tracking down humans... Feathery bastards.

Definately not shopped, this has happened at the front of my house soooo many times. They leave a perfect dead bird shape. One knocked himself unconscious, so we put him on top of the coal bunker and he flew away an hour or so later lol.

That sucks, Pat. XD

Looks like it was a goose to me. Dunno, it`s sort of hard to tell just how big that window is, despite the handle on the left.

And no, I don`t think it`s shopped. There`s details in there most people wouldn`t think to put in. lmao, like the bird crap, and the foot smudges.

"It kinda seems like the bird crapped himself upon impact"

They do. Last year I hit a flock of birds at 60 mph or so as they were flying across the highway. I probably hit about 15 or so of them. There was bird crap (and blood) all over my windshield. And no, the wipers don`t help, they only make it worse.

That, minus the poop, is exactly how our screen door looked like about eight years ago. Except it also had some more feathers stuck to the window.
Sad, but you just can`t help but laugh.

That is why, over here they put those bird stickers on the windows. That is really sad though, birds die from that kind of blunt trauma... X-(

Might`ve been a duck- they`ve plenty of fat on their skin for buoyancy and insulation, and it looks like it might be the right size.

Or not, either way it`s pretty funny.

0

Male 13,630
Well, only the bird could tell you that, and I think he has too much of a concussion to tell you
0
Reply
Male 103
Did he crap when he hit?
0
Reply
Male 13,630
Oh yeah, I had a ``vague`` imprint of a blackbird which hit my window a couple of years ago, probably the grease on the window - dirt and suchlike off the bird which imprints its impact, rather like when you see handprints on the pane

Male 510
That`s a greasy-ass bird.

I don`t understand what it`s left though. I mean, can feathers cause prints or is it because it was cold outside and the bird was warm and made a print..

Sorry. :(
