Shepherd is against torture, what he is trying to say is torture is wrong and we should not do it no matter what.
Also this was not broadcast live, this is an internet tv show on foxnews.com
There is a video of him on the same day on actual television that puts this way more in context: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCWN9UWtW...
Shepherd Smith is a great person and one of the `good guys` at Fox News.
No? 50 minutes of video isn`t enough? How about this one...
No? Still not enough to convince you? Hmm, ok...
Go take a look through you tube, and I`m sure (unless you`re blind) you`ll find sufficient evidence to prove that the US is quite adept at following the old adage, "do as I say, and not as I do".
You are also....what do you americans say? oh yeah....douchbags.
That being said, who watches this drivel?
OH GOD I`M GOING TO LOSE MY JOB
iab sensors the petty little swear words that 8 year olds cant get to hear or say, but put videos that emphasizes on profanity
No, no, fox IS brain cancer. That was what happens when you get effective chemo. One half-second long sensible word.
I thought Trace and the Judge kept their cool pretty well under the circumstances.
I feel this would be appropriate then... F*CK!
Funny watching the libs turn into puritans when it`s FOX NEWS!
Yep, the FCC doesn`t protect children. Children are going to learn curse words somewhere, unless you lock them in a steel soundproof box in the middle of the pacific ocean and cut their ears off.
They`re protecting the advertisers, whom are afraid that with the 76% of the U.S population being Christian, 71% of which are very religious, if any of them hear the "F-bomb" on TV, they`ll stop watching that station.
Hey thar internets
I`ve watched TWO clips today from Fox News without even noticing the watermark on the bottom of the screen. ^.^
You gotta give people a chance yourself before you can make proper judgment.
I have no idea how biased they are other than hearsay. The only reasons I don`t watch Fox News are A) because I don`t know which channel it is (I`m pretty sure it`s one of the higher up ones, which I`m too lazy to explore -- I actually thought I didn`t even GET Fox News for a while there), and B) CNN is so conveniently placed right next to ESPN (and obviously as a Dem, I`m more comfy there).
There I go again. I need to learn how to not ramble on as much sometimes...
Shutting up now.
First of all, there`s someone on Fox News who you share a viewpoint with and you can`t stand yourself for it. Unless, of course, you approve of torture.
Second, I`m not a huge fan of Fox News, but it really bothers me that people are so negative about them. They have their view and they express it, yet everyone hates them for it. The "fair and balanced" thing is a but much, but it`s not like they`re killing puppies.
People are caught in their own paradox. They hate Fox News so much that they never watch it and at the same time claim to know that they`re biased. It`s like a racist white guy from the 50`s (Rest assured, I`m not comparing anything, just stating an example). He hates a whole race and spouts off about how horrible they are without ever actually knowing a person from that race.
(Am I the only one thinking this?) O_o
Honestly it`s sad that he can say it and keep his job. Things just keep slipping farther and farther. Eventually porn will be out there for everyone to see.
