Holy Squirrels. That`s like an RV, except with a suckier shower. As a matter of fact, I`d much rather live in an RV instead of that thing.

And that chick was totally putting moves on him.

Got to be honest.. thats only a fraction smaller than a lot of the affordable studio apartments ive seen in Central London!!!

And, my friends living in them have all gone stir crazy before the tenancy is up.

Actually this is not nearly the smallest livable house out there. I would know, I design small homes that have full-functionality, my current project is a 50-ft complete apartment for one person. This includes a full-bathroom, kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave, custom bed, and a custom couch that also turns into a table. One of the other models in my collection ditches the couch and table for a more spacious layout and a fold-away bed.

Its not insane to live in a little house like that its insane to pay $45k for a little house like that, it doesn`t even have plumbing. And could you imagine if it ever caught on fire it, it would burn down in 3 minutes.

Adoras, Actually is does have plumbing, this unit is the Lusby I believe tumbleweedhomes. They have a series of houses that are even smaller too.

The $45K house is pre-made and comes with EVERYTHING including the TV so it`s actually quite a bargain considering. To build it on your own without labor costs is probably $18k for materials, plus time.

I had an obsession with smaller houses ever since I was a child, my problem with Tumbleweed Homes is that they lack the Ultra-modern feel I want in a home, and they are not as eco-friendly as they seem, thus I have been designing my Ultra series of homes. Once the collection is done I will gladly share the link to the site. The houses range from the 50 sq ft studios I have mentions earlier to 120 sq ft 2 story 2 bath 2 bedroom loft homes, to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, full-family home at around 300 sq ft

I think there was a different video on here some months ago that showed, I believe, the exact same house only a woman was living in it.

The company that makes them must be cranking them out over the recession. Hmm...Tiny Homes, a recession proof industry.

I can get an Amish made shed twice that size for less than $10,000. Even with modifications, Like this guy has, It would still be under $25,000 and probably have indoor ac/heat, real water/sewer lines, and electric.

I built a cottage with cedar tongue ad groove paneling on the outside, siding etc. that was slightly smaller. No permits necessary for the square footage. I added a 50Amp service and they use it as a workshop with a kiln for firing pottery, so it as a flue etc. It cost under $3K for the concrete pad which I poured myself and all lumber and finish materials combined. Total with labor was around $7k....
