I`ve yet to get the RRoD, because I was smart and waited a year for them to fix whatever warping issues were occuring.

V critical, I have nothing to say to you. I`m holding back.

    Point taken, i couldn`t help myself =[

In any case, I`ve gotten the ring`s, 3 separate times.
towel trick was only a temporary solution just as it says.

And i vividly remember blowing into every game cart that didn`t work and praying that it would somehow turn on.
Sometimes i even resorted to singing into it...which always worked =D

I`m sure it did Critical, but as for the article, why no Bigfoot in San Andreas?

Nice. This is a good one.
I`m surprised "push the truck next to SS Anne to get mew" isn`t on this list, though.

Whoa! I didn`t even know there was a port on the bottom of the NES. On mine, underneath the little protective cover was.. nothing. Just a little plastic piece that was soldered to the system -- I always wondered what that was for.

Anyway, I cut that little drater off with some scissors, and sure enough, there was the mystery port.

Am I more amused by this than I should be? Probably, so I`ll stop talking now.

    That is all.

I knew that blowing in my video game didn`t work but I always did it anyway lol I swear though it did work at times lmao.
And as for reviving Aeries from Final Fantasy. every time I replayed the game I would name her Deadmeat (I wish the new FF would let you rename your people)

All those on this site AND the original site going on about the BLOWING thing - they didn`t say it didn`t work, of course it does if dust (which is attracted by heat to electrical circuitry) is shorting two pins of your cart ROM. What they were saying was that the MOISTURE in your breath is VERY bad for the electricals, which it is.

I heard about Polybius around this time last year through a friend. The game is nowhere to be found, although there is a remake of it floating around the net. I always used to blow into my game cartridges back when I was a kid, but now I realise the actual damage I was doing to it.

Back in the days of PS2 (anyone remember them?) my friend told me that on `GTA: San Andreas` if you wait til midnight in CJs starting house bedroom, CJs mums ghost appears.

    I got really excited.

    I tried it.

    I didn`t work.

He and I haven`t spoken for a while.

it does happen if you wait for l about 3 game days and at 12 noon or night (whichever comes first) she might show up for a second or two

Every time i blew in my SNES cartridge it worked fine you could try it over and over and over again to no avail but as soon as you blow in it, it magically works. I don`t care about the science behind it, its magic OK.

blowing the cartradiges does work, but it can damage your game.

you have to suck all of your saliva back. then blow, suck again, and blow.

do it a few times, always works
