Teph2112,

The Sun is a joke but is generally read by people who are well aware of the fact. Most of the readers are working class and know what`s going on (as we Brits say) `in the real world`.

The Evil Mail is mostly read by people from the upper middle classes who I would consider to be racist bigots due to their attitude towards migrant workers and immigrants.

Stories are mostly true and reported in other papers but always twisted to fit The Mail`s political manifesto. Everything seems to be the fault of Immigrants, Migrant Workers, Hoodies or the Government.

The Sun is a bad newspaper - it still has a Page 3 girl in this day and age after all.

However, The Evil Mail......It`s Evil

Beware The Evil Mail.

teph... The Sun is crap. The Daily Mail as a rule produces better, more news worthy stories, with more relevence.

However, it fails to correctly portray those stories. It twists everything into something evil and it spreads hate and fear against anything `un-British`. The main aim of the paper is to make us think we are all going to die miserably as a result of immigrants, the government, teenagers, the rapists lurking on every corner, the catholic church, police, social workers...you get the picture.

IMO Daily Mail is worse because everyone knows the Sun is crap. Some people pay attention to the Mail and take it as gospel.

Trying to find any story in there of great importance though - like World politics, humanitarian crisis or any other international event that doesnt directly affect the lower middle class white british person is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

"RdDan... so which ones worse?
The Sun or The Daily Mail?"

rofl, maybe some day in the future statistics will say `facebook causes 70% of all cancer while the sun causes 20% of all cancers...the sun must be stopped!`

While this is a bit of an.. exaggeration, so to speak, I do think we need to make sure we don`t get too caught up in words and lose the physical part of communication. Though because it`s instinctively needed in us, I doubt that will happen.

I`m sick of the scientists claiming that every drating thing in the world that humans enjoy causes cancer.

For those of you in other countries.

The Daily Mail is one of the most scare mongering, ill-informed, borderline racist, borderline homophobic newspapers in Britain.

It tends to specialise in printing lurid rumors, utter drivel and tacky kiss and tell stories with a regularity that would make a Red Top Editor sweat.

It also has a hobby - being took to court and paying out large sums of money for libel cases.

It is the epitome of the `We don`t care if it`s spurious rumor - it`s going in` attitude that so many other papers in Britain adopt.

The average reader of The Evil Mail is what we in Britain like to call `a bit of a twat` who thinks all teenagers are violent yobs, all asylum seekers are evil theiving rapists and if only the Conservatives were back in power, everything would be lovely.

Bunch of wankers.

End of rant.

Then again if you have this face-to-face contact too much you have a risk at cancer. :] Skin cancer.

And even then, I am certain that it doesn`t give you cancer. It might make you more succeptable to sickness, but only toxins and birth defects give you cancer.

So according to this study, using facebook doesn`t give you cancer. Having no life and living like a hermit does.

Taken way too seriously though. I`m sure most people talk a lot at work or school, and those who don`t are usually constantly dealing with family members face to face.

Only a small percent of people receive no human interaction whatsoever.

Im tired of all these scientific studies. One day eating a banana gives you this disease and so we should cut it out, then the next it saves you from five more diseases.

Then you have newspapers like this taking these studies and linking them in any way they can to the issue/trend or problem of the moment.

Please note.

The Daily Mail, over the last five years, has reported that just about every foodstuff, activity or object causes cancer. Especially being an asylum seeker, being poor, reading the Guardian and voting `Labour`.

Yeah... I don`t go out and socialize any less with facebook than without. Probably more so, actually. And it saves a LOT on phonebills; instead of calling all your friends, you can just set up an event invitation on facebook. I love it, and now I kinda feel bad for it. I want to give facebook a hug.
