    best form of identity theft is to steel the name of a dead child that would be about your age and print a bunch of information for that.

    well, i was all "OH YEAH! CREDIT CARD THEFT!"
    until i heard "these machines can cost over ten thousand dollars"
    and then i just watched out of interest in the subject matter

    The printers and blanks can be found for about 2g USD. The embossing can be done by hand and the type set can be hand stamped with a 60 USD die set. The stolen background information is the key. The stupidity to try this type of theft is priceless.

    Looks like $30K of equipment or so to rob someone; a hot gun and a ski mask seems like a more efficient method.
