I bet the wound is in his checst, and it`s got a bunch of builtup pus and other gross poo built upin the chest cavity, so when wrenches his adbodomen or whatever, it pushes the stuff out. Of course, there`d have to be some air in there to make the sound. I`m really curious, now.

No it concerns human physiology. However rather than looking at it from a purely medical standpoint, and concentrate on disease and treatment, it encompasses a broad range of biological science with a medical emphasis. Thats to say, we go right through from the basics of proteins to cell formation and composition to systemic physiology to pathology etc. I did biomed as my pre-med degree, and start medicine in January. My comment was not as an expert, but wasmore an educated guess :)
