WHUT.
Why do they hate their kids so much? WTF?

I agree the law is stupid, but PLEASE DO NOT DRAG YOUR KIDS INTO THIS! They`re the losing party in all this.

wow, my friend who middle named his son Megatron and his daughter Frankenberry doesn`t seem so weird now.

And in the 70`s when I was born Bianca was a wierd name. Now there`s Biancas everywhere. Messes me up when peepl yell @ ther kid in a store "Bianca, get over here!!" I`m like, "What? Oh, you`re not talkin to me, are you?"

Like all his legal documents would be screwed.

His birth certificate, driver`s license, his name on school attendance sheets. Even a name tag would be trouble!

That kid`s life is over.

I just realized the bigger issues with naming the other kid "Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116."

Haha. I`d hate my parents forever for that, and I would look forward to the day that they died.

Swedish fools, a pointless protest that will achieve nothing but waste time, money and effort.

And by achieve nothing I do mean nothing. In fact they`ll just be laughed at, they`re probably already being laughed it...

Stupid Swedes. But I`m just saying that because I`m a Finn. :)

I think Lego is a cute name, Elvis is okay, even for a girl, but Metallica? I guess it would be okay if they weren`t trying to name the kid after the band. I sort of agree with the law, though, because your child is going to get teased for life, all becuase the parents had a stupid sense of humour.

Lego is just an ugly name-why would you want to call your child that?

But I have no problem with Elvis for a girl. It`s cute in my opinion.

I`m undecided on Metallica though. It`s a bit like the name Jessica.

Not bad going for a deafwoman! No, that was Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnekssqlbb11115 with an `e` instead of a `c` for the 31st letter. I`m always getting those two brats mixed up.

I think naming oyur kid "God" is a little blasphemous. It`s apparently okay to name your child "Jesus", however.

Imagine life as someone named Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116...
Doctor with the birth certificate: "ARGH! I ran out of room! Again!"
First day of school: "Is Bur-fix-minpick-ull..." "IT`S PROUNOUNCED `ALBIN`!"
Applying to take the SAT or a credit card: "Please supply your full given name:" "You have got to be f***ing kidding me..." and the list goes on.

Pfft, these swedes are being retarded about naming of children. Lego is a perfectly acceptable name. I mean come on, Norse mythology has a bunch of gods named Odin and Thor and Freida... what makes those names acceptable, but names like Lego, not? or is naming your child after a god also not allowed? Because I really want to name my kid "God"

As for Elvis for a girl, I like it... I know a girl named Raymond, and she is not at all embarrassed by it.

Wait, there`s a law saying that if the name is embarrassing you can`t name your baby that? How the f*ck do they determine what "embarrassing" is!? There`s no way to quantify that. It`s completely opinionated.

That`s a dumbass law.

Had a classmate named "Twilight" although she preferred "Emma" (can`t think of why) and knew of a guy named "Sten Grus", which means "Rock Gravel". Seems they snuck past this law as well.

Elvis isn`t so bad but seriously some of the names these people come up with are horrible. There are some parents out there who`s only job in life is to torture their children. These of course are the same parents who then bitch when their kids get made fun of because of their names. :-P

Some of the names they are fighting actually arent that bad. And if Elvis hadnt been a famous singer, would there really be questions over a girl being named Elvis. I mean, theres Guys named Lindsey and Girls named Harley. They grow up just fine. So Lego and Elvis really arent that bad.

However, I`m still confused at how that retarded mash of letters is pronounced Albin......

I ain`t high biacheeez. Imah chargin` mah lazer.

I`m drunk. SADLY.
drank crazy much yesterday and I`m still drunk as a beerkite. no one of you cares, but imah gonna tells you anyways.
got home at about 06:30. thing is I don`t remember how I got home. I have a big mark on my right leg, and I just realized I tried to jump skate a lying bike, and failed epicly.
then I think I tried to lay a fat chick but I manned the harpoons. then after that, its all blank. for all I know, I could have been raped, but my anus is intact so I made an educated guess that I didn`t.
this morning I haven`t done anything productive. i terrorised my ex a little, that was kinda fun, gonna be awkward lather, but who cares.
im still waiting for my basic motorfuncions to normalize so I can hold something without looking like Michael J Fox.
so, all in all, pretty nice weekend.

and I`m swedish. daim right

etch the eight sided letter.
membrane thin as thought. break through when end near or far. not at all. sometimes trains wont go where time tells it to, we will all die. its the common factor.

Exactly, exactly.

But eh, if this is the biggest issue in politics - they`ve no problems with the economy and other social factors, so thanks to human habit of hating their government`s policies, they start nitpicking - this probably is a good thing. In a way.

actually, a girl named elvis isn´t a big deal. Lego is pretty nice too.

And clearly, being named metallica or Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116 would be awesome.

Besides, if you don´t want those names to be your spoken name, you don´t have to.

I know people with middle names like Viking and such.

after reading the Wentz-Simpson story about them naming their baby Bronx Mowgli, this one mildy shocked me. Shocked, still, nonetheless.

Elvis is gender neutral? Like, wtf? Are you f`ing serious? These parents, whose names are rather simple and common (not to mention gender appropriate) are giving their kids a nightmare for a name...what did the child do to deserve this? O.O
