Link: Worse Crash Test Ever - This truck is a marvel of Chinese engineering. Whatever you put in the very back will remain unharmed in any crash.

That is not a chinese car, that is a VW Transporter (version 2 I might add) and it is not a crash test. It`s been around for 100 years and still no one can see that it`s a VW.

It is fully weighed down with cementbricks on the bottom of the flatbed.

Opiebreath - I don`t want to drive a vehicle that has a "crumple zone".

Almost all cars have crumple zones opie, it`s just that usually they`re away from the passengers. Bonnets and engine areas etc that are crumple zones are designed to collapse to slow the crash and reduce the impact on the passengers.

I saw the "thumbnail" of the video, where it saves the middle frame, and thought "it`s not that bad".

Then I watched the video and noticed that what I thought was the cab was just the middle section, and the rest was crushed.

yes trojan horse is totally overlooked in every culture. except for you, and you`re the only one who remembers. henceforth all `enemies` are dumber than you, because they are uneducated. :P

i don`t mean to sound harsh by the way, this is just one of my pet peeves, refering to people as `enemies` and that they too are uneducated. it`s tough to explain :P

Lol, blah blah blah, Chinese stuff sucks because of one crash test on one vehicle on a non-chinese truck.

Is there really any reason for the Chinese descriptor other than racism and wounded pride at your utterly failing automotive industry?

    Either way: Toyota Rules

Not a crash test. It was a crash test of the crash test center. LOL. Hence no dummies or crash test markings or anything of that matter. It was a cheap truck loaded with sand and launched at the wall to see if it can hold up.

And yes, again, all cars are supposed to have Crumple Zones. It reduces impact. A car without crumple zones is more dangerous.

The same principle is why you have an airbag and not a brickbag, even though the brickbag is "harder" and therefore "safer", giving you "more protection", if you`re "stupid".

This truck seems to be carrying too much inertia to have been traveling at 64kph(40mph). So either the reported speed is wrong, or it`s carrying a massive payload.
