Painting With Water

Seemingly pointless at first, but the magic happens at 0:49. Photoshopped or just cool artwork?

Epic . . .

The description got me - I thought it only involved water. When the ink hit I was like O_O

MADD SKILLZ. Wish I`d known this trick at high school. Would have made art lessons more fun.

not photoshopped. Pretty simple and easy to do, you just have to be good at art to make it look good.

That`s awesome, and it looks pretty easy to do-- I have to try that sometime!

I have to admit, that was freakin` sweet.

I`ve done something like that before, but not to that extent. Perhaps I should try, but I don`t have the water-depositor, only a lonely brush. >.>

it might actually be real because the water would bring the ink around...

even if it`s photoshoped it was really cool to look at.

It isn`t photoshopped. The person is using ink, and it spreads with water. It really is fun to watch, though.

If it was water based ink maybe it would go this fast... I`ll ask my girlfriend, she`s in art school.

I think it might have been alcohol rather than water.... Alcohol would spread it that fast, but water I don`t think so... that`s IMO though.

Yeah, that`s not shopped... If you ever paint with water colors, accidentally use too much water, and your next color is really bright/bold, this is kind of what happens, whether you want it to or not xD

Just a simple watercolor trick. Anyone that paints with watercolors does this at one point to either create effects or to seperate some colors from running together.
