"because he already knows that retards like elkingo are supporting mccain and have been well before you even heard of this "controversy""

"Thanks, that makes me feel much safer about it. You make such an intellectual point. That is so well thought out and planned. You didn`t get one bit sarcastic, and you countered every point I made. Hell, who needs the US courts anyway? Because everyone in politics is 100% honest. I won`t bother questioning anything else. Thanks for the tip."

"I think it is a very intelligent rhetorical question. (If his birth certificate is real, then why not show it to the US courts?."

because he already knows that retards like elkingo are supporting mccain and have been well before you even heard of this "controversy"

no amount of evidence will prove you wrong...so he won`t justify ur simple mind with a response

i don;t question mccain`s citizenship, but then again i`m rational and understand the government would have looked into this already

u republican nuts sound like liberal nuts who say 9/11 was planned

so i encourage you to all go out and vote tomorrow...despite the fact that we all already know the outcome...

Wow reading the comments I can only come to the conclusion that republicans have a room temperature IQ.

How are you guys just not universally ashamed of yourselves?

Everyone talking about how the government would`ve called him on it is an idiot, by the way. McCain was born on an army base in Puerto Rico or Guam or... something weird. The government hasn`t called him on it because it isn`t the government`s responsibility to check that at this point. Retards.

I think its funyy that people are poo-pooing "Obama-haters" after years of defending their own irrational Bush-hating.

Suuuure..it`s not the same thing. riiiight.
Go drink your kool-aid. You deserve the economy tanking that`s going to happen when the democrats have power in the house, the senate, and the White House. It should be a nice wake-up call to show liberals that socialism will not help anything,

I think it is a very intelligent rhetorical question. (If his birth certificate is real, then why not show it to the US courts?) It probably doesn`t matter a whole lot if you think about it either way, this page has had around 5k hits, which doesn`t really mean a lot if you spread that out across the nation, it could mean a lot though too, if they were say in Florida, or Ohio. It is a really good question though; that being, "why?".

elkingo...u didn`t really say much...but i guess what u were saying was a politician may lie about their citizenship or their terrorist affiliation...

i`m not saying don`t question politicains...but ask intelligent questions...not stupid stuff like if his birth certificate is real

but once again...what is the acutual argument for saying the media is bias

"i hate that we have to do this stupid crap for people like elkingo...he`s not a terrorist and he was born here...stop asking"

Thanks, that makes me feel much safer about it. You make such an intellectual point. That is so well thought out and planned. You didn`t get one bit sarcastic, and you countered every point I made. i hate that we have to do this stupid crap for people like elkingo...he`s not a terrorist and he was born here...stop asking

it`s like the people sreaming media bias all the time...what exactly is the charge? is it that the media is producing false stories about mccain that make him look bad and creating good stories about obama that are made up? is it that obama is simply covered more?

maybe they scream medi bias because they have a warped idea about what a news story is...like this citizenship thing is not a important story, because its not like we didn`t already know...

maybe they are mad because the news isn`t focused enough on his middle name, or that he might be a undercover muslim, or maybe the "terrorist fistbump"

it`s not our fault mccain lost his balls when nominated, and its not our fault you nominated the biggest dumbass in alaska as your VP

so waht facts about john mccain do i not know that the media is desperate to hide from me???

If Obama really wasn`t born a US citizen, don`t you think the Clinton camp would have brought it up during the primaries? Don`t get me wrong, I definitely did not vote for the man; but that`s because of where he stands on the issues that are important to me. Wait! What a novel idea... let`s vote for somebody (or against somebody) because of their policies!!!

McCain was forced to show his medical records and now Obama was forced to bring up his birth certificate...

It just seems unfair to them for some reason.

"Why should it be? No-one had to confirm McCain`s birth certificate."
This is untrue. He was born in Panama Canal Zone and there were questions that he might not be able to be president.

But seriously, there trying to get him on a technicality? Jesus, you get people trying to stop competent people from being president. On the other hand, you get a whole lobby in California trying to change this law so that one day Schwarznegger my be able to run.

"If this is true, why wasn`t it confirmed months ago when the issue first came into question?"

Why should it be? No-one had to confirm McCain`s birth certificate.

The only people who doubted Obama`s citizenship are racist idiots who think `Crap, don`t want a black president! How can we stop him? Well, he`s black, so he might not be American!`

Would Obama`s campaign ever have got this far if he hadn`t been a US citizen? No. So if people thought about it for 10 seconds, they`d realise there`s no need to check the birth certificate, unless you start checking the birth certificates of every candidate.

I do prefer Obama, but it seems a bit suspicious that two days before the election an official suddenly decides to come out on this. If this is true, why wasn`t it confirmed months ago when the issue first came into question?

That`s `cause Obama is going to win, dude.

Had Ron Paul gotten further, I would have voted for him. And yeah, I still had the choice to do so but that would be a waste of a vote as you know he`s not going to win. It`s either going to be the elephant or the jackass, as that is always how it will be.

actually its a big deal if his Citizenship is not real. Its kind of a big deal when it comes to our constitution....also if he associates and praises terrorists. When did someones judgement go out the window? Why is everyone ignoring this stuff? Its outrageous. And McCain is constantly criticized in 90% of the news outlets out there... Obama gets favorable coverage no matter what hes done..im tired of it

It`s never a waste of a vote when you vote for who you actually WANT in the office. That`s the kind of mentality that I think is perpetuating this terrible 2-party system

We already elected him as a senator...Isn`t it a little late to be questioning his citizenship and calling him a terrorist?

I don`t like Obama at all but come on. There are plenty of legitimate problems with Obama without taking these low blows. But if you are going to talk about those issues you have to talk about McCain`s as well. Easier just to come up with shallow personal attacks I suppose.

People keep forgetting that even with his birth certificate he still had to of lost his citizenship when he became a student of indonesia...indonesia didnt grant dual citizenships. people need to seriously stop giving Obama a pass on every single freaking thing...god
Also when people make the claim that McCain wasnt born in the U.S people seem to not understand that one, both of his parents are U.S citizens..by default that makes him a U.S citizen (whereas Obamas mother was only a citizen) and two McCains father was in the military on a U.S base in Panama(where McCain was born)... arguement is irrelevant. Also McCain when asked to provide documenation about this..he did it instantly whereas Obama was covering up this by not showing anything. Do your research.

So is this the new Republican tactic? How little respect do these people have for the democratic process?

Think about this: When was the last time you heard the neo-cons talk about their opposition to Obama`s policies? How come we keep hearing more about where he was born or who lived down his street?

DuckBoy: "...are we really going to go by hearsay?"

You say it`s heresay because you didn`t see the document yourself? Is the only acceptable answer for you that he takes his birth certificate door-to-door and shows it to every American?

It isn`t heresay when the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health goes on record saying that he has observed the document in question and found it to be legitimate. Afterall, it is the Department of Health that is responsible for maintaining those records, and it is his job to make those determinations.

Senator McCain was born in Panama on a U.S. Military base. Obama was born in Hawaii. Natural-born means born on United States soil. If either of them were ineligible, it would be Senator McCain who is not a natural-born citizen, however, they both are natural-born citizens.

At the risk of sounding like a racist bigot, (you know, the words you call all McCain supporters) are we really going to go by hearsay?
Hearsay cannot and should not be considered proof.

Well I`m glad, I mean, even if he wasnt born in America, that doesnt make him a Sith. I realise you cant run for presidency if you werent born an American citizen but that doesnt make him a kenyan spy! Obviously the guy in the previous video had certain motivation to poke at this issue. Obviously pro-mccain. Obviously a patriotic song away from propaganda. And I am not going to let propaganda affect my vo- Wait! What am I saying!? I`m Australian!
