If the creator of this game can`t even spell (Capitol letters instead of Capital letters), I don`t need to try it. How many other mistakes are there in the game?

I still submit that it has something to do with paper, which was once a tree, can be found on a desk, and you draw upon... but "paper" doesn`t work.

I don`t know.. but that quote comes from the European Sega Mega Drive version of Japanese video game, Zero Wing.
The hints "Take off every Zig!" and "For great justice!" or both taken from the same opening cut-scene script.

i googled it and the script came up:

What`s an Ottendorf cipher?
- They`re just codes
Each of these three numbers
corresponds to a word in a key.
Usually a random book
or a newspaper article.
In this case,
the Silence Dogood letters.
So it`s like the page number
of the key text,
the line on the page,
and the letter in that line.

Well on that one, unless I`m mistaken (and I must be), to get from a treble-cleft note to a bass-cleft note you go down 2 octaves, or 16. But going 16 in either direction from the first letter "M" goes off the alphabet, unless it were to continue infinitely in both directions.
