But I don`t even care. I`m really really pumped for this movie. Lol.
Speaking of which, the chick (Kristin Stewart, I believe?) playing Bella is a terribly stiff and limited actress. Who`s idea was it to cast a chunk of driftwood?
I plan on seeing it, just to heckle the movie with my friends and piss off the Twilight fangirls who will be dressed up as the characters.
Ugh. At least Harry Potter deserved the fanaticism.
In a way.
okay, if everyone is so bored or offended by this, why even bother?
If you have a problem with the way its written go write your own book, and see how successful it is.
I read the first three Twilight books and didn`t bother with the newest. They got extremely boring and predictable. Definitely nothing worth obsessing over, imo.
People who read literary rubbish like this just makes me mad.
"The look in Kristin`s (Bella) eyes is something that just cannot be written into words."
yeah, and you DON`T have a picture of crappy japanese anime next to your name.
theres really nothing else on the internet? iab has to resort to posting crappy two-bit trailers for movies that nobody will remember a year from now?
a new low has been reached.
*faints** seriously, that was the best part of the trailer. I`ve seen it about thirty times now and am still freaking out.
On the other hand Rob Pattinson is so amazing and perfect for Edward in my mind.
MissMage is torn. Whatever. Should be okay. Twilight is decent and etertaining but WAAAAY overrated.
And YES, Twihards, I have read the entire series.
"it is a pre-pubescent novel, for christ`s sake.did you expect it to be shakespeare???"Dammit, yes. I didn`t fall for this poo when I was that young. Even then I could tell the difference between poo stories like this and a literary masterpiece. Just because the intended age group is lower doesn`t mean you have to write like a retard. For example, Watership Down took influence from characters and themes of Greek mythology and classical literature, had a fantastic storyline, and never once had a hint of condescension in the narrative voice. That book is intended for children, yet I would place it far above many other more "serious" novels I have read. Kids are more c
AgentK120, you are completely right about assuming the characters are shallow.
actually, yes there is.the volturi, james, victoria, irina, etc. they all have the makings of the viciousness of vampires, this point of view just happens to tell it from the side of good vampires.
If you cream your pants watching this trailer then go see it... if you didn`t then wait for those who creamed their pants to write/say something about it and then make a decision.
Not so hard.
There is no such thing as super-hero movies... you do know this? It`s something a producer pulled out his arse one day. Those movies are just action movies and usually in good action movies there`s a lot of stunts and explosions ( Think Indiana Jones, Terminator 2, Aliens, Batman begins / the dark knight... remember those trailers? Not like this trailer right?
Can you feel like the movie producer and the whole crew put all their efforts in making this movie? If it would have been you producing this movie trailer... could you have done a better job? Does the plot of the story seemed deep enough for you?
Trust me kid, I know movies and you will freaking love this crap. When I was your age I was all hyped up for this movie.
Enjoy your movie kids.
I can feel the sweaty teenage fangirl dreams begin their ever advancing creep toward my doorstep. GOD I do NOT want to be working at the movie theater when this comes out. I`ll have to deal with... THEM.
and about the wrong edward, i don`t think anyone was going to fit the part. stephenie designed edward as a character that she wanted people to create on their own, how they saw their perfect man.
and just because the vampires and werewolves aren`t like all the other motherf*cking vampires and werewolves isn`t the only thing that can make it a terrible book. its quite refreshing. some people just prefer the more realistic version.
i`m not speaking as a completely obsessed fan girl, but as someone who likes how many different renditions of the vampires and even werewolves people have created over the centuries. i`ve read plenty of vampire books, from the original dracula to this, i just like things that play up my imagination. and as for werewolves, i`ve mostly seen movies, but still, its kinda neat how she puts it. :]
i almost cry everytime i see a trailer for this series, i think edward is perfect in every way and my boyfriend wants to shoot stephenie meyer.
i am a crazy fan girl and i like it. :]
if i don`t get in opening day, i`ll throw a 3 year old fit.
you can roll your eyes now.
i like twilight, im not a fangirl type though...ill be watching it a few days after it comes out to let the fans die down
i love twilight but i dont think its the holy of holiest books....its a good story IMO, but of course its not an UHMAZING BOOOOK lmfao
The book sounds bad, this movie looks bad, and I can`t wait for this to be forgotten.
I just knew I was gonna get called out on it, but yet I bet against myself.
Well, when I find the time I`ll start reading, but I refuse to buy them.
these books are just pooty romance novels about teenage angst with vampires thrown in to try to appeal to the goth crowd. they are not interesting, completely predictable, and not well written.
if you read this, i will find you. and end you.
people who read this need to be taken out of the gene pool, because if they are this stupid, they should not be allowed to reproduce.
They always do that to me, y`know?
Call me to say we`re all going to see the latest Disney or Dreamworks film.
And by the time I realize I`m at the theatre I`m sitting in front of a third-class chick flick with stale pretzel bites in my lap and surrounded by weeping girls smearing away at their eyeliner because "That`s just so adorable!"
Though the whole super-duper tree-climbing skillz thing was kinda neat. When did vampires learn to do that? o.o`
I go on and on about how much I DON`T like the books.
Books that I have read recently and thoroughly enjoyed,
"War as I Knew It" Gen. George S. Patton Jr.
"Panzer Commander" Col. Hans von Luck
When any of these Twilight readers read those, I`ll read Twilight.
I am so glad they haven`t made one of Kim Harrison`s books into a film yet. THat would suck.
is that some sort of sign?
I will probably watch it around 4-5 times, just in theaters.
I don`t believe a word Bella says either. But did you SEE Edward?!
Raging levels of estrogen.
Please See => http://watchmenmovie.warnerbros.com/
Though, I am not too crazy over the Bella actress... I don`t believe her when she says anything. That`s just bad acting. But she does look the part, I guess.
and... yoimmylene, you`re right. terrible edward.. sadly enough..
i consider myself one of the fangirls, sadly...*hangs head in shame*
also, bellas voice is all wrong, she doesnt seem vulnerable enough.
and to all of you who are like "lol wtf" IT MATTERS.
for those of you who are in doubt...it`s not a large part of the first book, but, a vampire and a werewolf fall in love with a clumsy girl and have insanely weird fights over her... ?!?!?!?!? I dare you to tell me of something more freaking fabulous! omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg
I`m sure it was not intentional... right? Looks like a crappy movie that tries to be more then it really is. Just another dumb suckbuster.
I don`t consider this literature.
I cannot wait until it comes out! I absolutely love Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse! Hated Breaking Dawn though.
