Lionhart you are truly blessed. Not just with your wife, but with two great-looking and very happy kids, referring to your postcard.

I`m pretty lucky too that way, sometimes life`s not too bad, let`s admit it...

She was standing right behind me when I typed it. She reads IAB too. And she has. In life`s lottery, I got First Prize.

Gross! Those things were everywhere when I went to Maryland in 04...one flew in my hair when I got into the car on the way to the airport.

"I should put up a time-lapse of my missus putting makeup on then... talk about transforming a grub into a butterfly..."

Roflmaocopter.

Nice.

Oh, and this video`s disgusting.

Hate bugs.

Cept for ladybugs and rolly polly bugs.

I have NEVER been so happy to have exfoliating body wash.

And Lion, I hope the missus never finds your online life. Or has the self confidence of Beowulf.

watching the wings grow was cool and the climber in the beginning made me laugh, its front legs flailing like it didn`t know it was at the top

The way the wings extend and grow is amazing. Other than that, a very ugly creature indeed.

Give me one good reason that these bugs should not be killed of as a species.

Unfortunately, there are more than plenty of these crawling around Georgia, where I live. They make really loud hissing noises. It`s awfully annoying. They stop by the end of the summer though.

The title, combined with the line "The first two minutes", is enough to turn me off. It may be cool to watch but not something that takes that long to watch.

During all this time these insects are very vulnerable and most become bird food right after they molt.
