Oh, and when she was climbing the ladder to go upstairs, I thought it was the ladder to a bunk-bed. xDDD
i love the idea. very well executed too. I personally would like a house like that if it had maybe 2 or three stories.
Like, a kitchen/dining room on the 1stLiving room/bathroom on the 2nd And a bedroom on the 3rd with a skylight! And a nifty sprial staircase for the whole thing, it would save ground space and it would be totally different!
Everything is so accessible in such a small living quarter. I still think I have some sqft I don`t use though, especially after seeing this news report.
That would be cool.
aww wow this was a really nice iab submission.
It`s awesome. They were selling them somewhere before.
Either way, me and my girlfriend lived in a room smaller than that for a few months. Suitcases under the bed, computer in the corner. 2 chairs, and a sink. (Bathroom was outside and our bed was a single).
Still, if that`s all the space you need, it saves energy, materials, and doesn`t involve taking up a lot of space.
that house is 96 square feat. hers is 84.so yes, i DO think that hers is smaller :P
on topic, that would be a pretty awesome place to live if it had plumbing and internet XD
singular, not plural
and, smaller than this one? http://larryfire.wordpress.com/2008/07/1...
i wouldn`t think so
...that was definitely larger than a parking space though.
Seriously though, I would totally live in that. If it had working plumbing ;X Or it could be like a RV with a hose connection? lol
@White Wolfos, KOMO 4 is a news channel here in Seattle. The house is in Olympia, which is about an hour south of Seattle.
At the University of Minnesota, the rooms are approximately 13x13...meaning 169 square feet, if I`m not mistaken.
84 square feet/5 ~= 16 and the square root of 16 is four. I hope you didn`t live in a 4`x4` room :(
If that was sarcasm, I`m sorry I missed it. Sleep deprivation hurts your Internet-Sarcasm-O-Meter.
I`ve seen it!
Have you ever noticed her fingernails? I`ve never been able to sit through one whole video of hers...
i don`t understand!!
She probably just uses her friend`s house...that sponging cow! ;D
You know when you find a funny video or something interesting on Youtube, and then there are the related links?
Yeah, been doing that half the day.
At least I admitted it.
And i feel totally racist. I was ever-so-slightly surprised when the reporter in the beginning started to speak English=================================================
that was probably the most boring of the seriesi didnt say it was boringjust the most boring.
And WOW. that is one small house.arent solar panels expensive?
And I, too, was expecting her to speak Japanese.Despite the clear shot of a Christmas tree right before her. >.<Komo almost sounds Japanese, okay? Not really, but almost! XP
a claustrophobic`s tourture chamber.
Still weird x_x
But damn, I`d LOVE to live like that. It`s so cheap. (as long as it had an internet connection >_> )
We might just be watching a glimpse of our grandchildrens` future in this video. Too many people on the f*cking planet, anyone?
And i feel totally racist. I was ever-so-slightly surprised when the reporter in the beginning started to speak English.
I guess it`s from watching too many links on here that have the words "crazy" and "Japan" in them.
