    ...and then my brain exploded.

Physics is super cool, but not at this hour of the night.

I can`t wait to understand this, I absolutely love the thought of learning physics. Only a couple more months til` I have a very small grasp on this. In related news go here (http://www.gabbly.com/i-am-bored.com) to chat with fellow iab`ers without clogging up the comments section.

im pretty sure this rap is about that atom collider thing... its either supposed to find some hidden particles or make a black hole

i`ve been waiting for this thing to be tested for the last 2 years there is a small chance that this thing could create a black hole and destroy the earth, but then again it could hold all the secrets to many things such as the creation of the universe

ah I love physics, but we ALL know that if our physics teachers showed this vid to us in class, we would be like "omg, this is so lame" little do they know we are watching this stuff at home lol.

without any formal education i can understand all the physics stuff in that song but music terms baffle me. what i want to call the chorus needed some variation. we dont need that information 5 times. maybe more i didnt count. maybe you shouldnt try to write a song if you can only make half of one and then fill in the gaps with repetitiveness.

now i have that drating lame excuse for a song i think was called "this is why im hot" stuck in my head... that other one were the douche bad said his name about 200 times is also tormenting me now. in comparison to those 2 repetitive peices of poo i guess repeating the chorus to many times isnt so bad.

""this is why im hot" stuck in my head..."

Im hot cause im fly, you aint cause you not.

"that other one were the douche bad said his name about 200 times is also tormenting me "

Trying to figure out which one that is.

Anyways, im taking physics this year. This rap song will probably serve no use to me... but its catchy

My paranoid, conspiracy theorist friend came up with an interesting idea about the LHC:

He says the world is in really, really pooty shape, and really, you can`t deny that. Then comes along the LHC with the power to wipe out the world. Everyone claims it won`t because Stephen Hawking says it won`t, and he IS physics in human form.

My friend then goes on to say what if this is all a cruel joke by Mr. Hawking? What if he is pissed off at the world for being completely paralyzed sans his eyes and wants to see the whole world destroyed (and I quote from The Dark Knight `Some men just want to watch the world burn`) as a sort of revenge?

Or, what if the scientists are doing this to wipe out the population, save for only the brightest minds to restart the world anew and to their specifications.

...Now that I write all this down, I realize I need to get less crazy friends.

This is depressing. I was thinking about the LHC the other day and thought, "Oh, the date they were gonna run it has passed and it didn`t destroy the earth, so we`re fine now."

Great. Now I find out it hasn`t happened yet, so I`m back to worrying. It took longer than I`d like to admit to bury the anxiety the first time.

    From Wikipedia:

"Concerns have been raised about the safety of the LHC on the grounds that high-energy particle collisions performed in the collider might cause disastrous events, including the production of stable micro black holes (mBHs) and strangelets. Several CERN-commissioned reports and subsequently published research papers have corroborated the safety of the LHC particle collisions. One research paper published on August 10, 2008 reaches the opposite conclusion, stating that "at the present stage of knowledge there is a definite risk from mBHs production at colliders." This researcher also suggests several steps that might reduce this risk."

Oh, well if several steps have been taken that might reduce this risk, then I`m good with it.

I listened for five seconds then got bored and closed it.

I can`t stand the Steven Hawking voice on anything.
