Centipede vs. Tarantula vs. 12" boot
place your bets...
Where`s my shooting wand...Centipede
Normally they hide under rocks or whatev. That centipede just ambushed it, poor thing didnt have a chance.
Plus nothing should have that many feet. EVER. Unless its a millipede, those things look like giant woodlice and make me laugh. Plus they only eat leaves. I like.
It`s more likely then you think.
@beternal,thanks for ruining the fun
hahaha 10 inch specimin
this video is an ineffective appetite suppressant!
Good video, even though now I`m going to be paranoid looking for 10 inch centipedes under my bed now...
Plus, this is an obvious set-up - the tarantula is a timid species and would not be found in this environment - looks like the curly hair tarantula (Brachyplema albopilosum) and the centipede obviously a Scolopendra sp. Hence why the tarantula is just sitting there without even a burrow or a retreat. It`s probably only ever seen the inside of a vivarium before!
I figured it`d be the "surprising" one.
