Link: 3,800-Piece Death Star Diorama - Move over Millennium Falcon, because there`s a new Best Lego Set Ever in town: the $400 Death Star.

I`d rather spend my £200 on something which won`t get boring after 10 minutes.

This is something I... really don`t want.

The author of the article was way too excited about it.

Well, Matwix, I would rather pay to have sex with someone with STDs than be forced to assemble that £200 pile of poo.

I repeat Pabasa`s sentiment - if I was rich (or even just had a spare $400), I would buy this, build it and fricken play with it. IT HAS ALL THE COOL SCENES FROM THE MOVIE!

Awesome. If you don`t like Lego`s, then obviously its not as cool.

As a kid, I had both the Good Guy and Bad Guy Pirate Ship (AWESOME! Battles were SWEET!). BUT I NEVER HAD THE MONORAIL - which is all I ever wanted!

But yes, the large number of OMGs is unecessary

goaliejerry, pirate ships are the awesomesauce! But my personal favourite was the castles thingamabob. It helps explain my love of fantasy games and books.

    WANT $400.

I honestly can`t fully appreciate this, as I`m not a huge LEGO fan, but it is pretty nifty lookin`. I can, however, appreciate a good fantasy game, and so I will go start one up and play one... Byeeee, IAB!

pabasa is right on...the LEGO castles were the best!! i wish i still had a closet full of `em, instead of a closet full of suits and ties...it really is a drag to get old.

    lol:
"21 amazing mini-figs, including Han and Luke dressed up as Lego Imperial Stormtroopers."

All you have to do is pluck the heads off the too original Figures, and plop them onto ST bodies.

lol..they make it sound so special. The millenium falcon is better than this.

Like a commentor said: "Shame about its small scale. The LEGO X-Wing can finish its trench run in under a second on this."

Weirdly enough, I would actually prefer an 18 inch diameter solid grey deathstar- rather than a multi-crapped-out flimsy one

I buy a crap-load of LEGO (mosly town kits), but I do have some of the Star Wars models. The new Death Star looks cool and all, but not my cup o` tea.
