I HATE HOW IGNORANT PEOPLE are.
it`s korean people.
and maybe a few koreans, such as half-ones, like me, get angry when people say its chinese or japanese.
please.
get your facts right.

he is not using a compound bow, it is definitely a recurve, because there are no cams which would make it easier to be accurate. Also, the arrow is supposed to bend like that especially because it is a carbon arrow(used for outdoors), which bends more than an aluminum shaft(usually used for indoors). you can look at any high speed archery video and the arrows will always bend.

the mythbusters thing was about splitting an arrow across the entire length, this dude shot it inside a tube.. still pretty sweet.. the slowmo highfive really added to it too

I even find that I have trouble believing that was real, and not staged. It`s like, right on the edge of believability. Still, epic win in my book.

He cheat wtf there are better people who dont use a compound bow like him. He uses a commpound bow wich all you have to do is pull back to a certian piont and then all the is gone all you have to do is aim .I`m Native American and i have seen a man hit a apple at 30 yards with a 50 pound pullback bow.

Shallow, insecure people make fun of overweight people, to make themselves feel better.

Dakkar: They`re not artifacts made by the arrow; it`s crappy video compression.

murrymalty: It`s not spinning funky until a little bit afterwards when the fins on the back of the arrow start to spin the arrow. At first it is simply vibrating back and forth from the force of the bowstring (in the direction, say, a guitar string vibrates).

No Pasta, I also saw little artifacts made by the arrow. It was most likely due to the video camera, and not the arrow itself.

A very nice shot. Though I really don`t have much of an interest in archery.

Was it just me, or could you see the waves the arrow made in the air?
It`s ok, it`s probably just me.

@bochamockado:
Hitting an arrow with another arrow was no problem for the Mythbusters. What they said to be impossible was splitting a wooden arrow all the way after it gets hit.

Fancylad:

Look in the upper right hand corner of the page.

There`s a little white box there with the letters S-e-a-r-c-h inside and a little grey box beside it with the letters G-o inside.

I put in "Archery" in the "Search" box and clicked the "Go" box....

Still awesome though.

Best part of the movie Weatherman was the fact he walked around with a bow and arrows.
