A cool new display in Germany currently provides a colorfully visual sample of the adjacent ongoing traffic.

I can`t seem to see exactly what their reacting to or their correlation with the traffic. Can anyone offer some sort of explanation?

It`s cool from the point of view of the person filming but, if you`re in a car passing it by chances are the driver probably won`t care.
