    If everyone in a car keeps staring at those things because they think it`s awesome how it reacts to their car; don`t you think that will cause accidents?

    It`s cool from the point of view of the person filming but, if you`re in a car passing it by chances are the driver probably won`t care.

    I can`t seem to see exactly what their reacting to or their correlation with the traffic. Can anyone offer some sort of explanation?

    there are no taxes spent for that, because it`s just an installation/concept for the osram company.
