Awesome, some kind of electromagnetic induction loop antenna solenoid thing. Should be able to pick up CB on it, wipe my drives and heat my room all at the same time.

right, and anyone who took physics to a basic level in high school might be able to tell you why that isn’t a good idea.

Painting it would make is less ugly. espcially if it was painted REALLY BRIGHT, OBNOXIOUS COLORS!

Linux and Mac ftw. 99% of commercial software isn`t compatible but you guys have your little communities.

I take that back. Macs are the computing damnation. Our schools had them in 5th grade, and I sware their browsers run slower than AOL Dial-up. It wasn`t the internet either; they had a couple of PCs and they were fast as hell. OSX sucks too.

`Tis a grand idea; I wish I had thought of it.

Also, every time somebody starts a PC-vs-Mac debate, a suicide bomber kills dozens of civilians in the name of Allah.

Also, as for Macs: I`m experienced with Linux and Windows, and find Macs hard to use - yes you read that right, HARD TO USE - and a case of style over substance.
There is one key phrase here ---> and a case of style over substance <--- Hit it on the head, cantab. Oh, and Winblows is the same way. Linux wins.

Haha, maybe I just don`t like mac because the first time I tried it (at school no less, we had to use them for our media studies class) the internet didn`t work on ANY of them. And they loked like they were trying to be too stylish. Ah well. I still don`t like them much.

Pain if you want to move anything. And a number of my cables (power mainly) are at close to full length anyway.

Also, as for Macs: I`m experienced with Linux and Windows, and find Macs hard to use - yes you read that right, HARD TO USE - and a case of style over substance.

How did this turn into a PC vs Mac debate?

Anyways... I use zip ties... They work out just a well =">

And mystreT, I think you were referring to this:
Wireless Electricity

You can get tubey things to put all your wires in quite cheaply.
Plus they are easier to use and quick if you want to take one cable in or out.

yes it`s a great idea if you want to start a fire! If you only do this with signal cables, mouse, keyboard, etc and leave power cables as they are you should be ok, although don`t blame me if it still goes up in smoke!

Oh joy, another Mac vs. PC argument.

Pretty cool, never would`ve thought of it. Although, if anyone would volunteer to untangle all of the cords behind my PC, I would be grateful. :D

Windows is better for those who already know how to use it. It`s a lot more customisable.
Macs are for those who would rather just be given that works, rather than know how it works.
That also is confirmed by the site macfixit, theres no site like that for Windows/pc, and yes. we MUST do this Dainty.
