Proverbs 3 is The Value of Wisdom. All of this relies with serving the Lord with confidence and understanding. It does not mean all your actions will be protected but rather you should be sure of yourself.
And Jerm Leather, if you honestly believe in it, then you shouldn`t have a problem putting all your eggs in one basket. You in a sense have also put your eggs in the basket of theism instead of agnostic. Organized religions just take another step
I mean, you place all your trust and hope in one basket and then when all is said and done you continue to suffer and befall evils even though you reserve your faith for this one perspective.
For the record, I am Not an Athiest. I believe that Something out there is holding all of this madness together somehow. Still, it can only do so much to sway the hearts and minds of mortal men.
p.s. why doesn`t the spell check require me to capitalize Athiest? That`s a bit prejudiced in itself, isn`t it?
No theist, who by the definition of the word believes in something for no reason other than having read it in a book and because it makes them feel good, is in any position to call anyone else a fool.
"I need a quote to prove this. Where does it say he protects you from all harm."
Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
The red sea is in the OPPOSITE direction from Egypt -> Israel!
But seriously uncool. Kinda funny. But uncool.
I need a quote to prove this. Where does it say he protects you from all harm.
Please tell me how I`m wrong. I have read the Bible cover-to-cover three times, and am quite willing to cite it.
"Hands up who agrees with me! anyone?"
Anon is cruel and callous. Anything painful on the Internet will elicit mocking, cruel laughter.
I`m an ex-Christian, who went to sunday school, church, and have read the bible.Don`t make assumptions.
In all seriousness- the idea of it is funny, but the actual happening is not. Hurt, no matter what religion, race, or anything, is never funny. Not like this. However, if they`re doing something retarded and getting `pwnt`, they deserved it. All these people were doing was just enjoying their taste in music.
yet nonchristians who know absolutely nothing about the bible can act like they do and make fun of it.
double standard much?
have you ever read the bible?because i think you have it mixed up with your childhood fairy tale books.
Hey, those folks at the Who concert weren`t cheering for music about a magical guy who protects you from all harm. It`s the irony, and it`s absolutely hilarious.
sometimes i think that Christians aren`t the judgmental ones...
Remember to always stand for what is right, even if you stand alone. And in this world, you will find yourself standing alone many, many times. But at least you know in your heart that you are standing for the truth...
Thanks for having a heart. I really don`t understand what was funny about this. I know this was posted just so people can poke more humor at Christianity.
No, you can`t force anyone to be good. It seems easier to persuade them to drink, do drugs, have sex, and degrade themselves in several forms, but you can`t as easily persuade them to do good. Sadly, there are many things in life that are not normal or okay, but the media/society has brainwashed most humans into thinking that such negative things are `normal`.
It`s really sad. It`s sad to sit back and see such ignorance. The only thing I can do is keep standing for what is right, alongside my family, my husband, and my little daughter.
haha! rofl!!! stupid lord thingy
Seriously though, thats a weak ass floor.
lol! lol! lol! Injured children!!! LOL! LOL! LOL! Broken bones!!! lololololol destroyed families lol! lol! lol!
Nope, can`t sue, can`t anything. Can only try to help people see how much of a jackass they can be. If I were being a real jackass, I`d want to know. Something about being a good person.
BUT, you can`t force people to be good.
This was a "tragety" and I hope that no one will have permanent damage to their bodies.
I would also hope that this will show people that just because you are under the limit for number of people, doesn`t mean if you concentrate them in one area (like in a mosh pit), the floor won`t collapse.
its called freedom of speech, and some people have a morbidly sence of humor.
and what are they going to sue them? its a news video, they probably have rights to post this video on IAB and people live in a country where they can speak there mind can express how they feel. i dont know about the canadian laws but i think that is a stupid reason to sue someone.
Um, maybe the hundreds of teenagers jumping on top of it??
I hope nobody was hurt or killed. :( Poor kiddies.
Tey were on the main floor of a building, the floor was proper and the building was only 20 years old, and one side of the floor that fell in kind of gave out first and slide down, then the other side gave way. It all fell 10 feet to the basement.
Maybe God doesn`t like that sort of music.CHRISTIAN RAP YO. ¬_¬ yeah right...
