Cool designs for your AM latte, but it will have to work faster--have you ever seen a line at Starbuck"s in the morning?

Um.. well.. uh.. It`s a neat sort of idea.. and kinda funny that it actually worked.. I can`t believe someone took the time and effort to invent something that would do this, but.. its sort of one of those "why not?" ideas I guess.. I didn`t understand what that guy in the background was saying at all.. he sounded like a martian..

I doubt the squinty-eyed, overloaded, morning worker is gonna care even if they drew boobs in the coffee. Unless they were a rich, squinty-eyed, overloaded, morning worker, if there`s such thing. =B

No point in that when you`re going to screw it up in 2 seconds anyways.

"What is that, sugar or salt?"
"No it`s milk."
"Milk?"
"Yes, foamed milk."

HA!

1. That was inevitable.
2. It was also stupid. The coffee was probably already very cold by the time the "latte robot" or "latte embroiderer" finished it`s overly intricate design.
3. I prefer the local mom-and-pop baristas who are able to shake the cup and make hearts and stuff in the foam. Lower tech but made with love.
4. I get the impression that it wasn`t Starbucks - does anyone know? Watching it makes me guess that it`s an independently-owned, possibly Korean-owned, cafe, but that`s only a guess.

lol I can just imagine some shaking the latte too much when bringing it over to the customer, and while it was supposed to say something like, "Happy Easter" or, "I Love You," it would then say something horribly sadistic or you would see the screaming guy from that one painting! XD

maybe they could make a sugar thingy that they could put on there right before and the customer could crack it into the coffee.

like some weird creme brulee coffee or something

It would suck so hard if they accidentally shook it a little too much while they brought it over to the person...

Damn, there was supposed to be a heart smiley and a smiley at the end of my post. Yeah iab, ya might want to work out the smileys too. :-?

There better be a smiley at the end when I post this. *grumble grumble*

Yeah, I gave it four stars! ^^
"Why?" You may ask, and you say, "it`s not 4 star material." That may be true, keep in mind however, that at the time, there were no ratings for it. That`s right, I rated it because it was virgin territory. Yep, the first one to rate! Take that 1st posters! :-D

OK, on a side note, I love this latte printer.
*thinks of ingenious things to print on latte*
I KNOW! It should say, "I went to I-AM-BORED for a mechanical <3 and all I got was this latte printer." Seriously iab, watch your links. B-|

Wow, it`s the future as we know it. Not only do we drink coffee now, we can make it an art.

Or just another way for companies to make you a live advertisement, lol.

Seriously, though. Imagine, Starbuck`s new business plan... "Bring a picture and we`ll put it on your coffee! $6.00!"
What? I would buy it, once, to see how it is. I may even buy it twice.
