My best guess is nations could be represented by multiple foods: The USA was burgers, fries and what appeared to be chicken nuggets, so it stands to reason the bagels and wafers were both Israel.

What I still cant connect for sure is what the crescent rolls or the bagels means. I`m thinking the rolls are the french. But I definitely can`t put my finger on the bagel that comes in with the the wafers (Israel) and the Kebobs (an Arab state).
