Moral of the story: if you`re going to have a pedophilic homosexual relationship with a boxer`s son, don`t do it right in front of the boxer.

I think they should let the dad go free for three reasons:
1)He didn`t mean to KILL the guy.
2)He wasn`t in his right mind at the time.
3)I like the way blood looks in snow.

    Is that weird?

Nintendohnut, I don`t think him being a boxer had anything to do with it. I think it had to do more with him seeing his 8 year old son being raped. I`m pretty sure.

If I had witnessed what he witnessed I probably would have reacted the same way. I may not be strong enough to kill a guy with my bare hands but...y`know.

And iPirate, they filmed his hands to show bruises and stuff on his knuckles I think.
I dunno why they did it with the other guy o.o

He is the child`s father, and I salute him for taking responsiblity of mistreatment of his child. Child rape is in no way justified, and the bastard deserves it.

Salute to the father for taking care of his child, unlike many retarded fathers on this earth today.

Yeah, imagine the scene. He sees a man who has his pants down hovering over his 8 year old stepson . . .

I don`t think he`s going to get much of a sentence because
    1) he was protecting a child. If you stop your wife or someone from getting raped and you kill the rapist, it`s not really murder.
    2) he wasn`t in his right mind, so the MAX would be second degree murder, but he could probably get manslaughter.
    3) The charges will probably also be reduced because of a public outcry. I don`t know about Russia`s law system, but I don`t think many juries are going to give a long sentence in this case.

AKappy, really, you need to grow up. The attempted rape of children isn`t funny. What`s wrong with you?

As much as I champion the father for protecting his son, it does not change the fact that he bludgeoned a man to death.

I certainly don`t think he should face the same charges as people who plan to kill, but the state of mind argument only justifies so much.

Still, I probably would have reacted the same way and wouldn`t care how much time I had to spend in prison.

What`s even more amazing is that the child isn`t even his! Seriously, I`ve seen real dads who don`t give a damn about their own children, and here is a father who would kill to protect a child that has none of his blood.

Pedophiles are scums on earth because:
    1) children will get mentally scarred by the experience.
    2) There is no consent from the child.
    3) They seriously can get a person of their own age easily.

Really, people like this should be locked away until they repent or if they can`t, then death is the only protection for our next generation.

This guy should get away with this. It would be one thing if the kid had come home and told the dad he got raped, but the dad actually saw the man there in the act. That`s enough to drive any parent into a blind rage. Hell, if I saw that happening to any kid I`d kill the guy.

"how do we know the father`s story is true?"

Well I assume he told the police what was happening when he called them before he killed the guy, so that helps. Also once his son has been evaluated or whatever he`ll tell the police what happened and the dad will walk, as he should. Killing to protect your family from something like that is no crime.

I can`t help but think that if someone is caught committing a criminal act (especially such a heinous act as raping a child), then the criminal in question defaults their right to protection by the same system of law that they are denying others - ergo, if a father finds someone raping his child, the rapist has no protection from the father until such a point as the police arrive - then it is in their hands. If someone breaks into a house and the owner thumps their skull, well, they shouldn`t have been there should they? In the UK, there was a thief who successfully sued the owner of a property he was robbing for injuries sustained during the robbery! That too sucks. I think sometimes that `Justice` has to be bigger than mere `Law`.

No, you are quite right, it doesn`t mean that BECAUSE he`s a boxer - I think ANYBODY should have the right to kill in this circumstance, and I think most people would do so. You are right only in as much as the reason he had that right was down to his being human, not to being a boxer.

"In the UK, there was a thief who successfully sued the owner of a property he was robbing for injuries sustained during the robbery!"

This is true, but since then new laws have been introduced to protect homeowners against stuff like this. Now, if someone breaks into your home and in the course of defending your family and property you accidentally injure/kill them, there are little or no charges to be brought against you.

I wouldn`t have actually killed him myself but beat him to where he would be near death and in a lot of pain. Death was too easy of a punishment, he should have been made to go to prison for the rest of his life! He would have known what it feels like to be raped in no time >-(

I can`t defend the rights of a pedophile. They can`t be rehabilitated, and will continue to have certain urges to harm children. Even if he had survived, I think he should`ve gotten the maximum amount of jail time. I hope the kid`s ok. I mean, first he gets raped, and then he sees his step dad punch a man to death.

well, if not death by the boxers hands then certainly by the hands of any inmate in whatever prison the pedo would end up in.
even serial killers and rapists hate child molesters, and the latter ones are the first to get it in jail.

RESPECT TO THE BOXER, he made an example for other to follow...and you can bet your life on that i would do (and will if it ever happens) the very same thing!!!

Hm, maybe he shouldn`t have killed the dude, but he definitely shouldn`t go to jail.

He should serve his sentence. Even if what he did might be thought as good, you`re not allowed to kill other people. You people are ridiculous. You might not know this, but there are many murderers out there who`ve been charged to death when they`ve only been out to kill "bad" people.

I mean, why not kill all alcoholics, because they hurt more adults and children than pedophiles do on a daily basis. Morons.

The difference is the lack of intent to kill.

I don`t think most people realize how easy it is to kill someone accidently. You see people getting punched in the head all the time on TV, so you think it works that way in real life. But two or three good blows to the head can easily kill someone.

    1. The guy was a professional boxer. He knew how to punch effectivly.
    2. He was full of adrenaline from rage, fear, and surprise.

He probably didn`t realize that he was hitting much harder than he normally punches.

It would be a poor father who wouldn`t defend his son.

If it was self-defense it would be okay - I don`t know what it`s called when it`s defense of someone else but I can`t imagine that it`s legal to kill someone to stop them raping you but it`s not legal to kill someone to stop them raping your 8-year old.

First, it is perfectly legal to kill in self defense.

Second, you`re to saying that he should just stand by and do nearly nothing upon seeing his son being abused in such a horrible a manner. He didn`t intend to kill, there were mitigating circumstances and he was a boxer. When you`ve learned something like that it`s all about reflexes without thought. Furthermore, as said before, it`s very easy to accidentally kill. Honestly, even a broken nose can kill you.

You haven`t made a point, just proven you should never be allowed to mate.
