The final image shown does look shoped but I don`t doubt he created the actual painting. It`s amazing!! I banana (code for wish so you don`t waste a wish) that I had half that artistic talent!

This "kid" looks like he`s pushing 40. And I`ve seen this before elsewhere, not at all original or amazing.

unfortunately, there are tons of these people. I hate to be a little pessimistic, but the paintings are all done the same way in the same style. Even the specks of paint to make stars and the flame-drying at the end are all very common techniques.

That`s pretty cool stuff.

I`ve seen it done before, but a lot of people can`t do it quite so well.

This is actually bad. They`ve been doing this type of paintings a 100 times better for almost 25 years in my home town`s main park, here in Cozumel island in Mexico... This guy actually copied it from there...

Daang... Id so buy that stuff to hang in the house. That`s just plain awesome. It`s god-like. I`ve seen few photoshop/painting works done better and he did it with free form spray paint and some msc tools. VERY nice. Excellent spacescape.

Cool looking picture, but if he tries to sell one for more than $5 I`d be like "dude, this looks like it took you less than 5 minutes make". And he`d be like, "ok, i`ll take 3"

I`ve seen this at Vegas--they can do a lot with this style. The guys at Vegas were doing the Luxor (giant pyramid) hotel. It was really amazing, and to think they were selling them for around $20-$40.

I love watching people do things like this for the same reason I like watching cooking shows.. it`s hypnotizing, and relaxing.. and there`s always a happy ending.. No stress, no turmoil.. just, creation, and result..

Hey! He coloured outside the lines!
But really, that is just amazingly cool. Who cares if he only does space or whatever, it`s good! That guy who draws the Rat Fink has done the same stuff for 40 years, if people like it, paint it!Rat Fink

Hmm, if you check out the galleries on his website, you can see that he does indeed have some range of subjects other than space. I think I`m gonna give it a go once the weather gets nicer.

I`ve got a painting like that at home, but mine is a sunset with palmtrees and a boat and rocks and stuff.

It was made by this guy on a boulevard on Mallorca. I still like it, it so amazing how they make it!

I saw somoene doing this on the streets of Amsterdam in the summer. It`s so astounding how effortlessly he did it. It`s a shame it`s always a space theme.

This doesn`t take too much artistic knowledge. Nor does it take talent. It just takes a lot of experimenting with spray paint and smudging.
Yes, the painting looks cool and i couldn`t do it.

I`ve always liked watching these guys do this kind of art. Out here in AZ, near the ASU Campus, there are always a bunch of people doing this on the sidewalks, selling their stuff right there.
