Personally, I`m rooting for Hillary. What I meant was that I never expected to find someones I`d want in office LESS than Bush.

Obama looks solid, I like the guy.
Hillary, nah, she`s got something to hide. She talks, but I don`t feel it.
Obama is simple and to the point.
Hillary will make a mess of things, things will get complicate. You can see it.

Obama, He knows what he`s doing, he`s clear, headstrong. He`ll be the Morgan Freeman of Presidents should he be elected.

If Hilary wins, she`d BEST just let Bill make all of the decisions.

On an unrelated note, I have to go look up "chauvinism."

edwards is the most liberal of the bunch. if anyone hear is at the least slightly concerned about our holiday in the middle east, edwards is a wise choice. sadly most people choose political candidates over matters of emotion and feelings. well its nice and dandy that obama has a heart warming smile and hillary has a vagina. but thats really not enough.

Heyman, Edwards is yet another wealthy liberal who tries to suck up to the little man. Both Obama and Clinton stoutly opt for withdrawal, don`t fool yourself.
You`re right about how some people vote over whoever tugs their heartstrings - Clinton won the NH primary with a last-minute sob story that made women sympathise.
I`d vote for Ralph if that Simpsons episode didn`t have the most disappointing, anticlimatic ending ever. :P

We are screwed anyway. It`s going to be whatever republican gets the nomination. I don`t want a republican, don`t get me wrong. But Obama does not have the ability to run this country YET.. Hilary has been in the white house and knows how this government works (plus Bill would be a great First Man) but she won`t get the nomination. Honestly Hilary should run, with Obama as her running mate. Together they would make a stronger team. So we will cut off Bush`s head, and another will grow in it`s place. The world is screwed.

Obama also thinks Pakistan is one of America`s biggest enemies. He`s way too inexperienced to run for president. I hope he gets the nod for the Democrats cause he`ll fold in the debates and candid speaking.

He`s got the charisma to speak well with a script but he can be easily fluttered without one.

Also, he`s willing to step up ot the plate about global warming; although he`s opposed to same-sex marriage, he still thinks it`s okay for unions and benefits for them...seems like he`s willing to step up to the plate about forgotten issues... :-)

Personally, I think we should all vote for Nader just for the sheer hell of it. He will never stand a chance at winning the election and I have no idea what his stance is, but considering how long he had been going at it we should give the guy SOME credit. Maybe a few hundred thousand votes as a "You can do it buddy!" message, kinda like those motivational cards you send to depressed people on fab diets and such.

That and "Nader" was the name of my dog. VOTE RALPH NADER FOR THE HELL OF IT! w00tz!

heymanivxx, we have been, probably currently are, and will probably continue to be invaded by terrorists. I don`t know who they are either, that`s why they pose the biggest threat. An enemy you know is much easier to deal with than an enemy hiding in shadows.

If you think Hillary is a moderate, you should do a quick search on her ties to communist legal firms in her youth and her support of black panther members.

None of the candidates are moderate except maybe Giuliani.

The democrats may have answers, but too bad their answers are usually wrong, especially in dealing with terrorism.

I agree that a republican is our countries best bet for future years, especially someone with the wisdom, experience, and integrity of Huckabee.

ok you obviously have done little or no research about Edwards, yes he is wealthy now, however when he was growing up he was anything but wealthy, rather he grew up with a very impoverished family i mean his father did not even have enough money to bring him home from the hospital when he was born! However through hard work and determination, he worked his way up to the wealth he has now

most of u probably don`t even no anything about obama or hilary. "People need to know about Barak Obama`s Pastor. They subscribe to LIBERATION THEOLOGY which is nothing more than Communism/Socialism masked as Christianity. It makes sense for Obama not to observe proper etiquette during our Anthem/Pledge and refuse to wear the USA flag pin. Obama is the leading candidate among college students. Most "ivory tower" institutions are full of ultra-left wing/Socialist/Communist professors. Obama will be their favorite. Disgraceful."

arkansas_guy, there`s no real point posting real facts here, as I`ve tried to do above. Liberals always go nuts when presented with real facts that burst their bubble. They just resort to name-calling and other emotion-driven tactics. So, unless you`re willing to fake-cry or something like that to gain their sympathy, you won`t convince a liberal.

"the first woman president WILL be shot, as well as the first "minority" president, its just a matter of fact..."

Oh my God, please shut up. No one cares if the next President is black OR female. Really, no one cares... except for people like you. You argue that Republicans are racist and sexist while making the biggest deal about the potential "first black or first female President". I don`t care who becomes the President so long as they do their damn job.

Obama talks a lot about nothing, but is charismatic. Hillary has experience, but people dislike her because she`s just like the other Democrat failures that "promised" us change in 2006, yet have succeeded in doing practically nothing.

No, the two don`t "make a great team". Experience and charisma doesn`t fix the problems of a country, actually formulating solutions to problems does. What`s the point in experience and charisma if you still don`t bring change?

Im glad to see so many people siding with the Obama camp. Although I`m not an American, I`ve been keeping pace with the nominations and all that, and it`s my opinion that he`s the best man for America, and more importantly from my perspective, the best man for the rest of the world.

As for those people attempting to slur him just because he has a middle name "Hussein", get a life, morons!

mastercif, it seems convenient of you to misuse my quotes and misinterpret things I say out of context. When I say I`ve mentioned facts "above," I`m not referring to anything specific, but merely stating that I`ve stated facts in previous posts in this thread, such as Hillary`s links to a communist law firm and support of black panther members. I`ve said many opinions and facts in my lifetime. You deceptively only quoted my opinion and assumed that was what I was referring to as fact. Your deceptive misuse of my quotes prove none of your points.

When I say name-calling, I refer to earlier terms like "stupid" and "dumb," which are popularly accepted as "name-calling," whereas the terms liberal and conservative are popularly accepted as describing those subscribing to certain sets of ideologies. Many people proudly call themselves liberal or conservative, so it doesn`t adhere to the popularly accepted definition of "name-calling."
