NOT that I have anything wrong with the law and law enforcement. O__O;
they are bastards(most of them anyway0
they only known exeptions are from Superbad
and that cop clearly had mother issues
did you hear what she ordered? "no salt on Mac fries"
P.S. I hate McDonalds fries so I don`t eat them, but my dad always complains about them being too salty.. I think they do that to cover up the fact that they`ve been sitting in that drain basket under the lights for wayyy too long..
haha i just thought of the scene in Jurassic Park where Malcolm was like T-rex doesn`t want to be fed. T-rex wants to hunt. Stupid fat cop.
If he did beep his horn at her that was his friendly warning, the fact he had to get out of his car tells me she was being an ass. You can not treat officers badly. Hell when I was growing up (and I think this is still the way it is in Indiana) if you told a cop "F You" he would arrest you immediately and you would be charged.
You folks of today think anytime an officer does anything that isn`t cool he is abusing his/her powers. It is his/her job to make everyone`s day run smoother, and if you are being the bump in the road, you are the one that is going to get removed.
The lady was getting fries, but it took too longCop decided to be a douche and "abuse" his powerLady refuses, `cause he was being a doucheHe arrests her for not showing her license
Technically what he did was legal, but still very spiteful to arrest someone because they made you wait longer at the drive-thorugh.
I say the judge should throw the case out of court and make the officer pay a few fees for her trouble.
She will most likely get nothing, especially since the news found out about it. The department in this instance will probably want to save face and let it go without a nasty court trial that could make them look worse. The officer will most likely be let off the hook too, if he hasn`t been confined to a desk for a few weeks.
As far as the video goes, I do think that the granny went a little overboard with her temper, but she wouldn`t have gotten mad in the first place if the cop wasn`t a douche. No one has any patience anymore. Sometimes they mess up your order or you get something different and it takes them longer to get it to you, anyone who has ever gone to a fast food place knows that it isn`t always fast. So sit back, relax, and accept that sometimes things just go slowly in this face paced world, and that isn`t always a bad thing.
The old lady on the other hand, went on a tirade over a ridiculously small matter. Also doesn`t an officer have the right to see your license, regardless of what you`re doing, right or wrong?
Seriously though - bigmacs aren`t THAT good...
He was not abusing his authority at all. I have family in Florida and hear about these older women`s actions all the time. They get in their cars and do whatever the hell they want (Turning right across 3 lanes of traffic into shopping mall parking lots) and don`t respect anyone (especially if that person isn`t white).
She will probably just get a slap on her wrist, have to pay a fine and maybe get some points on her license. He will get teased by his fellow officers for a while, and life will go on.
It`s a lack of empathy. Not because once a week someone in one of the just under 20`000 law enforcement *agencies* in the US alone is a prat and gets on the news. It would be a *miracle* if all the approx 1.05 million people involved in law enforcement in the US were perfect.
Think about your school ffs. Did *it* have 1.05 million students? It probably had 1/1000th of that, but how many jackasses did it have?
But still, we obviously can see that the cop was thinking with his stomach.
And yeah, as Batmanners said, the cop was being a retard. He must have missed his dose of donuts for that day.
Seriously, I would have done the same, using very profane language. drat that, if he wants me to pull up more I will but don`t try and pull your holier than thou bullpoo on me because you can`t get past my car.
Although it would never happen to me, since I never eat at McDiks.
I agree with you, it is a mcdonalds parking lot which is privately owned so they make their own parking rules. That cop must have been hungry, and her not showing the cop her licence must have made him snap.
and vinson, you going to upset the I-am-bored Gods...just a fair warning.
