Take 128 musicians, give all of them only one note to play, edit together and you get a complete tune.

I think it would be fun to sign up for this, request to be the second to last note played then be a quarter beat off each time. Haahaa

"
not to impressive since they only need to know one note..."

That`s not teh point, it`s the fact they have to time it just perfectly so they play right after eachother, I imagine it`s not easy to hear the guy next to you pluck one note on a guitar when 126 other people are playing.

I`ve seen this advert over and over again on TV, it`s worse than reposts on IAB.
But still, it`s a nice advert. There`s no denying that.

[email protected], that was the word I chose for the
"Word of the Year" thing.

About the video... the above post is right, coordination is key(ha ha, I made a pun) in any band/orchestra. So even if they only play one note, they all still have to play at EXACTLY the right time. Think you could do that?

`not to impressive since they only need to know one note...`

they need to know where that note comes, and to be able to co-ordinate it so that it all `works`. It`s easier to rely on one person to learn a series of notes than to rely on 128 different people to get their part spot on.

If you`ve ever played in a band/orchestra before, I`m surprised you made that comment. If you haven`t, I`ll forgive you for your ignorance.
