Aww!!!! That made me smile... :-) I wish I could have one. If only it had a small smile on it, without a smile it looks scared/any emotion. I`d rather always have it happy, Idk why. Maybe it`d be too scary with it happy all the time... Lol. I love it!! I`d keep it in my room.

MNJ_gudluv, by interacting, do you mean staring blankly in their direction?

that was awesome. and no, its not just a dancing flower type thing. did you see how it was interacting with the scientist and people that came near it? its much more advanced than a dancing flower, but obviously dancing is its specialty :]

it is not just a music video, this thing is real. Invented by a Carnegie Mellon graduate student along with somebody else who figured out the dance moves. It has face recognition capabilities and can recognize beat and get down/boogie. Not out on the market yet, but it`d be expensive anyway. He`s making another one thats kind of a toned down version that would make a more practical gift since it would cost less. If i remember correctly lits gonna be purple.

I agree with misstakenID...

"Its one of those things you`d get really bored of really fast, its just like one of those dancing flower things, not exactly a new idea?"

I was trying to figure out what exactly this guy invented and was experimenting with. Dancing robots are at least a 20 year old technology, as I remember the dancing flower as a child. It responded to sound, much like this unimaginative yellow snowman. The novelty wore off after the first two minutes. And that was with the easily impressed mind of a child in the 80`s.

Screw Spanish; what we need to be teaching in our American schools is Japanese, `cause those bastards are gonna take over the world. This video is just more proof. Just look at the little dancing yellow thing; it`s face just reeks of "Cultural Domination."

Or maybe it`ll end up getting boring after the first ten minutes like a Furby. Who can say?

DANCING ROBOTS!!!! :-D

That is a goofy little...thing. I rather dig the constantly-startled expression on its face.
And of course, the cute cosplay chicks.
