Whoa dude, if you were an AOL Windows user, wouldn`t you just pay top dollar for something like that?

Troubling.

Know what would be even more awesome? CAR TETRIS! You need: a load of cars and drivers. Four at a time, they drive down the grid, maintaining formation (even while they make the block `rotate`) before neatly parking. Then the next lot comes along. Easy to clear a line too, they just have to drive out. Would take a truckload of preparation - but be well awesome. Sort of thing Top Gear might do.

I saw this on news, yesterday or was it the day before yesterday? Well whatever, six people enforced the idea and about 200 maintain it at the time.

"kyur i think you missed the point.

what the heck does programming it have to do with them failing at playing tetris?"

Lol oops. I miss read it. I guess that`s what happens when you stay up 2 days straight making up for skipping 6 weeks of pre-calc because you were to busy gaming. I thought you said something and not someone.

Lost_In_Time: It probably does delete the lines as they`re filled, but they never got a full line. There is one square missing in the far corner.

Either way, that is pretty awesome.

Like a jump into a mini pool full of water balloons, so much effort for one jump...but the experience is often worth it.

Being thankful for the little things in life is priceless. :)

kyur i think you missed the point.

what the heck does programming it have to do with them failing at playing tetris?

And besides, the coding of the program was the easy part. The tough part would have been all the wiring and lighting of the project.

"If they worked so hard, they probably should have found someone better at Tetris to try it out."

Stfu, you do not realize how hard it is to make a game with only 2 people. It takes about 300-500 lines a code for a simple DOS screen tick tack toe game. Making something that updates the screen, knows what color to display and all that stuff takes a while.

I was really impressed with this. Not because it`s tetris but simply because I know the amount of work that would have taken. I mean holy poo.

Actually, yes, I`ve seen better. It was on IAB a few weeks back too. Although atmittedly I don`t think the one on before was a playable version of tetris (a synchronized powering of lights).

Doing stuff like this is far from new but really cool never the less.

Though yeah that guy played like he never even heard of the game.

Now only if it kept score, and deleted the line that was finished. Oh well, I`m sure that freaked plenty of people out.
